There is no way they could compete with Dicks sporting goods or other big box sporting goods stores. Since the turnover of employees is high, their knowledge of what they carry and what is available is quite limited. The overriding factor in my giving this place two stars is the return policy. If you buy an item - even with cash- you must provide identification in order to return it. Perhaps this is intended to cut down on employee theft. However I do not want my wife or any female I know to show a worker at Hibbett her driver's license with home address on it. I am not imputing criminal activity, but it creeps me out that a possible sexual predator could be hired and then have the name and address of a female that returns a purchase, by providing her ID. This policy is invasive and should be illegal.
