When we had a leak (in a wall, nonetheless), I thought it was truly the end of the world. I grabbed the number of the first plumbing company that came up (All-Pro) on my Google search...I am so glad it was All-Pro. Kim was so reassuring and informative on the phone. She had someone dispatched to our home and the problem was identified and fixed before I knew it! I was impressed with the plumbers' professionalism (they even gave us proof of their licenses and insurance)! The plumbers were well groomed and they didn't mind the millions of fears and questions about the whole process that I had. I know it was a fluke that I called them first, but now they are definitely my go-to plumbers and also my go-to people if I need a referral suggestion for any other type of home maintenance that we have (which happens a lot)! They know the best businesses in town to trust! I wouldn't hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs! ~Mimi Amos~

He assured me that they could go to the house the next morning (Thursday) and that I would be billed and I could pay via credit card. I contacted him early on Thursday morning ensuring that they would be going out, he confirmed. I contacted him in the afternoon to check on the status, he stated that they hadn't made it yet because of emergency calls. No big deal. I then contacted him a 3rd time later in the afternoon to confirm the work was completed (4:58 PM), and he then asked if it could be done the next day (today). I had to take the initiative to communicate with him the entire time to get answers. Unfortunately, I don't think this is a reliable plumber and I would not recommend. Note- this was a very easy / fast job that needed to be done on Thursday (turning water on).

They sent someone out to assess the issue and determined the tank was bad. Big plus that they were able to replace it the same day. Huge relief. The two techs that were onsite we courteous, knowledgeable and professional. In addition to the water heater they also redid the pipes and exhaust stack which was a big improvement over what the original builders did. They made sure it was installed properly and didn't cut any corners. Very happy with the results.

Each tech will cost you to give you an estimate on what needs done. None of them can tell you anything about any work other than their specialty. Oh, and buy this MONTHLY subscription and the work is cheaper. The only reason they get two stars instead of one, is that the techs, while very high pressure, are professional in their appearance and work. However, all three of them told me that they were doing work on the side and gave me a number to call if I wanted them specifically to do the job. Plumber installed the well pump and pressure tank. Then had to call an electrician to replace the receptacle. Electrician quoted $3500 for an electric job that would take at least two to three days to finish. Got the same work done by an independent for $50 in 2 hours. Got someone else to do the HVAC work as well. Can not recommend Summers.
