I've passed by this place a lot and do love hot chicken and finally gave it a try and we are hooked! I went with my husband and got the #1 Combo! I have quite low spice tolerance, but the mild was a good amount of spice for me. The chicken skin was super crispy and the chicken was pretty tender. Service was fast and the space is clean. I'm rating 4 stars because the two times I've placed a pickup order it's never been ready waiting at the time given to me in the app. I'm always waiting which is definitely frustrating. He mentioned this before I tasted mine. I ordered a slider with a tender--extra hot. I have to agree with him about the chicken lacking flavor. The spices were perfect, but it was missing salt to bring out those spices more. My wife ordered a slider--hot. She loved hers, so who knows.
