When we got back to our truck we opened up the styrofoam containers. Since these were both served with red and/or green sauces, I poured mine on liberally. The meat was not at all skimped on, there was plenty of cheese, and the homemade fry amount was about perfect. Andrea wanted to try hers without the green sauce that she had requested. She said she felt the meat was too "tangy" for her tastebuds. I didn't notice that at all, but then again I think the cilantro and sauces might've helped. She then poured her green sauce over her order and she said it did indeed help. She couldn't, however, finish the meat in her order and gave it to me. She was able to finish her order otherwise.
