My wife preferred the sour. The food was great! We started with the buffalo wings, I got the burger and my wife got the Nashville chicken sandwich. All were delicious! The truffle fries were worth the up charge with the sandwiches as they were full of flavor and still crisp when they arrived at the table. The environment was pleasant! Can't beat anything in Teton Valley. If I had to nitpick the dinner came out very shortly after the wings arrived- but I truly can't complain. If we are ever back in the area it is a stop we will definitely be making!

We had some great conversations and we realized we were both huge true crime fans and were talking about a particular active case local to Saint Anthony/Rexburg (Mommy Doomsday anyone?). The locals at the bar were very welcoming to out-of-towners which is always a good feeling, and you have great conversations with random strangers which make for the best memories. We gave them a second chance, this time around 5 pm on a Friday. Well- BOTH times I ordered the 2 meat BBQ dinner. The first time I got mashed potatoes as a side and EVERYTHING ON MY PLATE was cold. I sent it back and got back mashed potatoes that were hot, meat at room temp. (Both times I ordered brisket and pulled pork). Second time I got French fries as the side - and that's the only thing that was hot. The brisket is dry, and the pulled pork is just "meh". Having it "room temperature" (at best) makes it just gross. Unfortunately we will have to find another place next time we head over to Victor/Driggs. Very disappointing.

Reservations are not taken, instead you will find the host making people scoot to make room for new arrivals at the long tables. The spirits here are for the pros with knowledge of wine, beer, spirits and bubbles. We started with the wild mushroom mozzarella with balsalmic butter, parmesan and balsalmic glaze served on crunchy baguettes. It was unbelievably flavored and tasty, a great start to the night and must have! The Spanish salad with arugula, apple, fennel, almonds, manchego and a honey-sherry vinegarette was good but not on par with the other dishes. The tuna crudo with cucumber, arugula, crunchy grains, orange wedges, citrous vinegarette, fried capers and preserved lemon was light, a real palate cleanser, and refreshing. A pleasant surprise and would order again. The lamb pintxos was our final selection and a great dish to end the night on. The fork tender lamb tenderloin was served on 2 skewers with mojo verde, Spanish aoili, and pickled red onions on crisp baguette slices. Another Homerun! The menu changes frequently and the tapas allow you to try several different delectable dishes. It encourages sharing and forces you to open up and try different dishes. Hands-down my favorite food and conversation while visiting Jackson, WY. To the staff here at Binn 22, congrats on a unique and completely fabulous dinner and concept.
