If I could give 10 stars, I would! This is my new favorite place in Jackson! Everything was perfect. Starting first with the food: I am a foodie who has eaten out a LOT and I can honestly say I had the best wings, grilled cheese, & tomato soup of my life! The sandwich bread was perfectly flavorful and toasted crunchy, & the cheese was gooey & wonderful. The tomato soup was the perfect flavor, not plain but not spicy, just right. The wings were hot and crunchy on the outside, juicy inside, and had a nice sauce. Also loved their Brussels sprouts. We did not think prices were too high either for being in Jackson. Service was wonderful too. We had the nicest server who was attentive and kept our drinks full and checked on us when needed. Ambiance: Of course the view is so cool! Doesn't matter what time of year, even with ski season being over, we enjoyed the view of the snow melting off Snow King. The restaurant has so many different seating options like bar seating, small tables, big tables, and the outdoor patio is so cool! It's huge and they have heaters out there too. Inside is so bright and cheerful with the huge floor to ceiling windows. Not a bad seat in the whole place. Beer: Yummy! So many different types to try, nice selection. We liked everything we tried. This will be the first place we stop when we return to Jackson, and we are bringing our friends! read more

Great view and ambiance facing the hill and observatory. They have frequent entree changes. We enjoyed the following: the chicken with broccolini entree - juicy and perfectly cooked chicken Asian inspired shrimp and pork belly entree - well cooked fresh shrimp, the eggs and zucchini were great complements! Cesar salad with chicken (fried) - Not sure if it was an option. We would've appreciated grilled or pan fried chicken instead of fried chicken. Lager chili - cozy bowl of soup, so hearty and filling! 5 stars for the views and ambiance! Came in on a snowy Jackson day and had a satisfying lunch. Our group of 5 each ordered something different, from the burger to Caesar salad, chili, wings, and grilled cheese, and each dish was lovely. I personally got the Caesar with steak and it was basically a perfect Caesar. But again, back to the views...the huge windows make it a scenic spot that transports you to a winter wonderland with dreamy ski lift views. It's a casual enough atmosphere to go on any occasion. Drinks Only- At the end of ski season in Jackson, we decided to pop in for some drinks. The location of this restaurant is amazing on E. Snow King Ave at the base of Snow King Mountain. The restaurant is located on the second floor and provides amazing views of the ski slopes. A good place to relax inside on a cold windy days, or on the balcony on warmer days around the fireplace. As its featured as a taproom, there is a large selection of locally brewed beers. On the day we visited beers we are on sale for 5 dollars. They also have a good selection of cocktails and wines. Unfortunately as it was at the end of the season, their token homemade hot chocolate was not available- and a lot of their drinks are made with their hot chocolate. I did get to try some other cocktails which were made with local alcohol from a nearby distillery. I appreciate that they did reduce the sweetness to satisfy my taste buds. The place does feature a substantial menu. Unfortunately we were just at the restaurant for drinks, so we did not try their menu. We also had great service- I appreciate the gentlemen who was running around the dinning room service- he was always there when we need him. read more

StillWest Brewery Taproom on E. Snow King Ave. in Jackson is just at the base of Snow King Mountain. The taproom which is just off of the street has a great bar bites menu, but the beer list is incredible. You can relax by a little fireplace or hang out on the rooftop deck. Service is friendly and personable and the bartenders. Take time to get to know you whether you are a local in town or just visiting StillWest taproom is a great place to grab après drinks after skiing or enjoy a beer and some light bites before seeing the rodeo during the summer. this cool thing about StillWest is they brew their own unique beers. such as the American Lager, which I really enjoyed. You can't come and without getting chicken fingers! Some of the best I have ever had. Beers were average for a brewery but the star was really the elevated bar food. The staff was friendly but we sat at the bar and there was hardly anyone there. We got there right before lunch time to kill a bit of time. I only tried the IPA but they had several different beers and I think as long as you like beer you will find something to enjoy here. Food was very good. We were here for an event so I'm not sure anything we had would be on the regular menu, but based on how flavorful and well prepared the banquet items were I would be enthusiastic about eating here as a regular visitor. Service was also very good and the place is clean, bright and comfortable with indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating, looking up at the mountain, is my preference if weather cooperates! The food was very good but it is extremely overpriced. The service was ok, I suppose. They were not super busy so I felt like they could've been a little more attentive. The beer was ok as well. I had the verbena, which is like a Dos XX. They didn't know how to properly salt the rim for a Mexican beer. I only had two because they serve them in a weird tall skinny glass. I'd prefer a pint glass like normal bars serve. It was pretty cool looking out the window at the ski run up the side of the mountain. read more

Nice selection of locally brewed beers and away from the main square of Jackson. This place is just a short walk from the Snow King resort and away from the busy square. They have a large selection of beers available. I tried the Hucklebuck draft. A pleasant mix of blueberry and huckleberry flavors. Also I needed just a small bite to eat so I ordered the Fried Green Tomato Trio. This was the perfect portion for me. Three fried green tomatoes and each one topped differently. One had egg salad, one with a crab salad and then one with pimento cheese. Great flavors and I enjoyed all three. Menu change is seasonal, so better check their website before you head out. Food is ok. For the price the price they are charging I was expecting more portion and more flavor. Seems like a trendy spot right across from the ski lift. Indoor and outdoor seating options, which is nice if you prefer to sit outside and enjoy the mountain views. Service was very friendly and relatively quick - food came out in 10 minutes or so, but in fairness it was not very busy when we were there on a Wednesday night. Drinks were good and priced on par with the rest of Jackson. My only gripe is that the sandwich I ordered, the tri-tip, didn't really have much flavor to it. The meat was there and there were spreads and veggies, but besides the occasional bite of a jalapeno slice, it was a largely tasteless sandwich... disappointing for $22. The truffle fries were average - somewhat soggy/flimsy but definitely enjoyable. There's a kids menu that comes inside the beer menu book (weird), but just before the desserts, so I suppose it makes some sense? It had some corny jokes. (+1 favor from me) Overall, definitely earns at least 4 stars, and I'd be open to trying something else on the menu and it tasting better than what I ordered. My friend's burger apparently tasted great, but I can't speak to it personally. read more

We came here twice on our visit to Jackson! Great location and was close to our lodging as well. We were seated immediately and served by Amy on both visits. My husband really loved the west coast IPA. They have a full bar too so I enjoyed some cocktails. On both visits, we had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and chicken tenders with hand cut fries. Always a 5/5 here! I love coming here and eating at the bar and having such a great view of snowking hill. The servers are great and always give us great recommendations! This place is beautifully decorated and feels slightly upscale. My go to as an appetizer at the truffle fries. The salad is colorful and exceeded my expectations. I love the entrees. StillWest is a fun brewery with a great view of Snow King Mountain. Nate and I were looking for a spot to hang out and this was super close to were we stayed at Cowboy Village. When we arrived, we were seated right away just inside the door to the patio, which was nice. We weren't super hungry, so we decided to split the sesame steak salad. Nate got a flight of beer - you can pick any four you like. He enjoyed them all and I had a sip of one of the hazy IPAs, which was juicy and robust. Our server was really polite - could have been a little more attentive with water refills, but we were pretty content to just relax. The salad was delicious! I was almost sad we shared, because I definitely would have eaten it all by myself. The sesame oil in the dressing was amazing, and something I'll definitely recreate at home. The steak was perfectly medium, and I loved the spiced cashews. Super delicious. Everything on the menu sounded pretty tasty. If I lived in the area, I'd definitely come back. read more

Wonderful experience. We went end of August so the weather was just right for sitting outside. We sat in comfy chairs around the fireplace area. We sat near the TV- Joe offered to change the channel (it was showing montages of Yellowstone) for us which was so thoughtful of him! They also had Bob Ross videos playing on the other TV haha. The whole place had very chill vibes. Lots of seating, comfy chairs, etc. Joe was amazing- super laid back but also really attentive! We loved interacting with him. So bathrooms are in the building, and it has an elevator if you can't use the stairs to get to the second floor. I walked here so I am not sure about parking. It may be street parking (but not positive) we walked here and around the town. Sooo cute! We came like an hour before the rodeo started so it was crazy busy!! Our waitress said she had to track down some water glasses for us to use. You face the ski slope and it's quite beautiful, we caught it on a good day. Im gf so I had the cider but I heard a lot about their beer. If you go to the ground floor there is a little beer garden/brewery open space. It's pretty nice! I had the hamburger with no bun, my friends got the black bean burger, and the steak, and Brussels sprouts. Overall a good view. Most of the bad experience was probably because it was so busy. We got water halfway through and food took forever. But also I just came off of a 12 hour shift so I was starving. Food was very good I asked for my burger to be medium rare it came out medium well. Not a big deal. I still finished the entire thing!! It was so good. I give it a 4 because the service could have been better, but I understand it may have been because they were a bit busy. The food was 4/5 - steaks were a bit too fatty. The fish burger was great and the fries were nicely done. The strawberry rhubarb cobbler was delish. Sit out side -- view was beautiful and it wasn't too hot for an August afternoon. It took way too long to get our cobbler and the service was a bit spotty in general, but not too bad. Been on vacation for the past ~week or so with my boyfriend and his family. We sat at the bar every time we came here and had wonderful and friendly service every time, several times by Cassie (hopefully I'm getting her name right) so huge props to her and the rest of the bar staff! We only had the truffle fries to eat but were really satisfied with them. Loved the building and the open atmosphere/view from the patio. I can imagine it's a great spot to enjoy a beer in the winter too. Crowlers are a great option to take some of their wonderful beers home with you, I personally loved the Hucklebuck and the Honey Bee. read more
