Just refreshing my experience with Grand Teton Brewing and the two beers we had recently we really enjoyed a lot! We each had their Amber Ale which was very good! I do like my ambers for their breadiness in the flavor and this one didn't disappoint in the slightest! We then moved on to their Parks IPA which also was very good. Bitter, like an IPA is supposed to be this one is a bit lower on the ABV and comes across as a more session IPA which was a nice change of pace. Grand Teton Brewing Co. is awesome. I tried a few of their beers at home and visited their brewery during my trip to ID and everything I had tried was delicious. I especially liked the dreamcatcher IPA, Lochsa river IPA and 208. The 208 is a great lighter option if you don't want to keep drinking heavier IPAs. The amber ale was very good as well. The brewery is a chill, no-nonsense kind of place. There are a few tables inside and they have an outside area around the building with plastic down to keep out the cold. Service was good and overall, we have a great time. I'll definitely be going back on my next trip to ID/WY. read more

Didn't have any stouts on draft. We had to commit to a six-pack of their imperial stout in order to try. Thankfully it was good, not a milk stout or barrel aged...that would have been awesome. They are dog friendly and there is a food truck In patio area...hamburgers. We didn't try but seemed popular. The bartender was professional, not overly friendly. Sweetgrass! Sweetgrass Pale Ale!!! It's one of the best pale ale's I've ever had. I first discovered it at a grocery store in Jackson Hole this past fall, and during my recent visit to the area, a local friend took me to the brewery. In February, the brewery looked nothing like it does in the pictures I'm seeing on Yelp (lol), everything was covered in snow. It must be so nice to sit out on a lounge chair in the grassy area and have a cold one in the summer! They put vinyl wall/cover around the outside deck and a couple of heaters so the "outside" seating area is comfortable enough, but don't expect to be warm. Nonetheless, we had a great time! I hope to find their beer in Southern California (haven't been able to find it yet). Lastly, the hoody with their logo is extremely comfortable. Get it along with to-go beers. ;) read more

Absolutely fantastic. I think this was my favorite brewery during our entire trip to Idaho and Wyoming! Why? They are taking COVID very seriously with their fantastic window set up and are still only doing outdoor seating. And there are signs everywhere for 6ft social distancing. Service was stellar too. The guy who helped us was super friendly and efficient. When we showed up on a Friday afternoon, it was just my husband and I, and another guy and his dog on the outside patio with the sun shining down. We chilled, sipped, and stared out at the magnificent blue sky and hills. If you love beer, stop by. You won't regret it. They have beer to go as well if you just want to pick up. A little bit of a drive from Jackson Hole but worth it. I didn't see flights as an option on the board but they do offer them. Much farther (further??) away from Jackson but we'll worth the drive! Beautiful scenery. Super easy to miss but considering there isn't much around, you'll figure it out. Wish I came when it was warmer but still nice. Heaters outside and they have plastic walls up but still cold! Only 2 little tables inside. Beers- the ones we tried were all pretty good. After years of occasionally buying their brews at home, it was a delight to stop in. The tasting room is welcoming, server was friendly, and there was a good selection on tap. Friendly staff and nice space. I don't drink beer but my husband said they had a nice selection and he enjoyed what he ordered. He liked that they had sizes of pours. As he was able to do a few smaller pours and get an idea of what they had. Small tasting room most people were outside the day we were there. They had a food truck in the parking lot and a bounce house in the yard. There was an environmental group hosting an event so I am not sure if the food truck and bounce house are normal or not. All the staff was very friendly and talkative. You can tell in summer they have a lot of tourist and they are nice to them. I would recommend stopping in if in the area. They have some good swag as well. Their logo is very well done. My husband bought a pint glass and I considered a shirt but decided against it. Glad we stopped in. read more

We love the diversity of the beer menu at Grand Teton Brewing, with the Teton Range Juicy IPA and Parks IPA perfectly suiting the hoppy drinker, and the Mountain Berry Sour Ale and Mountain Berry Wheat pleasing any fruited or sour fan. Very chill place that happened to have a killer mid-to-late 70s soundtrack on the day we were there. Delicious suds, wonderful sights, chill people. Honestly just a great place to spend an afternoon. They've got a lot on tap, and while I'm sure much of it rotates they've got a great variety that I'm sure will please most palates, or at least provide lots of things to sample or try. During COVID there's only outdoor seating, which might be frowned upon by some, but we loved it. Staff was being safe, so were patrons, dogs were too. I stopped by here during a road trip. I saw a good sized crowd gathered (socially distanced of course) and told the wife I'd be right back. I ran in and got a growler of the marionberry ale, I forget the exact name. It was the smoothest ale that either of us have ever drinken, hands down. It accompanied us along our journey during some unexpectedly hard times (summer blozzard, land hurricane, wildfires). The ale was the sliver of good hope to push us through, it was that good. Came here on a Friday afternoon passing by after visiting the national parks. Small town in the middle of Wyoming, I wasn't expecting much. Then I was pleasantly surprised. Got a flight, wheat ale, IPA, amber ale, stout, pale ale. All the beers were solid. Comparable to the breweries in Northern California. Bartender was friendly. Also free popcorn and corn hole outside. Talked to the locals and they said this place has been around for many years. Got some six packs to go for souvenirs. On a road trip to visit the Grand Tetons we stumbled upon this joint right when they opened their doors on a Monday in August. My wife and I had the place to our selves and we had such a nice time talking to the staff and sampling nearly everything they had! This place in Victor, ID is delicious, we drove over the pass after our flight landed because we couldn't get into our hotel yet. Obviously a must visit for the name alone as I was going to do some backpacking in Grand Teton. Had the Brown ale and the Hoplexity IPA, both were good. They had at least 12 beers on tap and 6-8 available in 6pks. There was a good amount of outdoor seating just not much shade. They had areas marked off for social distancing and masks are required. Prices are good and so is the beer. Even made another stop after a freak storm blew in and snow cut our trip short. If I was a local this would be my spot. read more

The beers were top notch, the staff was incredible friendly, and the food truck outside was great. Grand Teton Brewery has been quietly making quality beer since 1988, well at least that's what the website says. I've tried a few of their beers out in Colorado and was pleasantly surprised by what they had to offer in the tap room. The Bitch Creek, Howling Wolf, Double Bitch Creek and the Lost Continent were all solid beers. Very good for each of their styles, but I was in love with the Pursuit of Hoppiness. It's an Imperial Red Ale with a lot of hops but very smooth and easy to drink at 8.5%. If you like hoppy beers, this is the one for you. Besides offering top notch beers, GTB has top notch views. Nested on the base of Jackson pass you'll get great views of the mountains from the patio while drinking your beers. Do yourself a favor, stop into this place and enjoy a beer on the patio ... it's a little slice of heaven. Oh they offer a lot of beers in to go options ... so if you find something you like, you can bring it home and share it with your friends. read more
