I just needed a key made. He said of course, Ron on isle 17 can help. I went to isle 17. Sarah was standing there. She said, "can I help?" AMAZING! I said I need a key. She put it in tha machine, it was not cooperating... she said "I may have to call Ron". She sent a notice over the loudspeaker to get Ron. She tried once more...it worked. I was looking at key chains, while the key was being cut, & selected an S-Biner keyring. Sarah handed me a small bag, I put it in the same hand as the S-Biner & went to pay. I prefer to pay with cash & chose the self checkout. I scanned the key, put it in the bag, walked, almost out of the store & realized that aI had not scanned the keyring. I immediately went back. Sonny, immediately came to my assistance, I"I believe in Karma, I did not knowingly mean to not scan this, I need to pay for it." The scanner wasn't working for cash, because there were bills in the receptacle, the 11 dollars from my previous purchase...I previously picked up the change, but not the bills, from my $20.00 He gave me my change, it was an honest exchange! #Karma

FINALLY we get the piece of glass. this whole interaction took around 40 minutes when it should've been 5 minutes. the comments were unnecessary and honestly, unacceptable. I definitely won't be back.

Prompt, pleasant, helpful, and informative. The work I had to complete was grueling and not enjoyable but after a long day, Chris in the yard, made it just a little better. Basic stuff made a difference. He was prompt and right there when I both picked up and dropped off. He was more than pleasant informing me how to use thx lift, even if I've been trained, certified, and Experinced. His communication was outstanding. Both helpful and informative in and out just made a long day a little better. His quick anecdote and short story helped put this in perspective. In a time when business has been taken for granted. Chris just made being human a little better. Thank you Chris, keep on keeping on.

We had hoped to rent again but, when I called Chris quoted me more than double last years rate. After calling and getting quotes from other competitors, I realized there were small increases in price but nowhere close to the gouging quote we received from United Rentals, even though they had one in stock. After many years, I am taking our business elsewhere. Please, shop around you don't need to go far to find MUCH better pricing. Stop the GOUGE!
