I submitted on their website the request for a quote, but I decided to stop in person. I will say that my Tesla GPS did not find it correctly. It is in a storage unit type location with other businesses and storage units. It is in the second set of buildings. I like how his pricing is clear and upfront so that there is no pricing fluctuations per person. He has a chart showing all the different darknesses of tent and the different variations of glare, UV and other qualities of the tint, so that you can truly compare what you're getting. It only took me a minute to decide to choose 30% ceramic tint, instead of 35 because I need increased glare protection. I was quoted 325 that is also for 99% heat source rejection. He was booked for this Friday so I am booked for next Friday. His hours are 9 to 5. Nothing available Sunday and Saturday, which I don't think are good for customers who work. If I didn't have a husband with a flexible schedule, I would never be able to get my car done here. Thankfully, he has a night drop off box.

The design process took weeks because multiple revisions were needed before the artwork matched what I requested. Due to those delays, their manager, Andres, promised me a $250 credit for the inconvenience. When I picked up my vehicle, I was told Andres had been fired and the owner refused to honor the promised credit. After I got home, I noticed the driver's side rear window wrap was noticeably misaligned. I contacted the owner immediately. He first agreed to reprint the panel and repair it, but later changed his mind and refused, saying it was "standard." The passenger side of my vehicle lines up properly, making it difficult to accept that explanation. The biggest disappointment wasn't the mistake--it was the lack of accountability. I have text messages documenting both the promised credit and the initial agreement to repair the wrap. For such an expensive project, I expected much better customer service.

They installed the new wrap, a very low quality "sign quality" vinyl NOT 3M vehicle wrap vinyl as promised, OVER the existing RV factory graphics as if we would not see the extrusion of the old vinyl. They didn't terminate any of the wrap properly and allowed to peel at door edges and windows. It was beginning to stain from anything that touched it, they didn't even remove the finger prints from the wrap install and the oils from their hand began to stain it. We paid to have professionally cleaned with no luck of removing the finger prints or residue left by thier hands and tools. To be put simply our 100k rv looked like Clark Griswolds worst nightmare.... The son is a lying, non contributing zero, that will say anything to get off the phone with a client thats not happy with the trash he tries to sell them on the phone He acted like he owed the business from day one, come to find out he's just another nipple suckling daddies boy that rides the coat tales of his fathers half hazard work. His daddy acted like he would try to clean up his sons mess by saying he would fix it and didn't. I guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, just another full of S**8 conversation. We had to take our RV to a true professional but damn near cost us 12k by the end of it all... After paying PW Graphics 10k, we ended up paying the real pros to make it right, almost another 12k. I requested that they refund at least half my money to no avail. I called Amex and after showing them all the details they happily refunded it. They have the nerve to try to have some collection company call me after all this PITA. Biggest mistake they could make... PW Graphics will never stop regretting the day. They will be in court very soon. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WOTH THESE CROOKS. Pictures really don't do justice of the poor workman ship. Sucks a company or even another person could do business this way and rob people of the excitement of making a big change to a huge investment that was purchased ONLY to bring happyness to their family.

I didn't expect that price to come with all my problems working with this company at the Jacksonville location. Picking out my color was fine they had lots of options to choose from and after many questions of post wrap care and quality reassurance of wrap brand quality I chose pink Sakura for my brand new (less than 100 miles driven) bmw 430i vehicle. I got a whole vehicle wrap minus the roof and side mirrors, I left those black which was the base color of my car. I was told it would take 3 days to do my wrap start to finish. I was there right at open to drop off my vehicle, getting updated through the process Ross was great and answered all my questions. HOWEVER. they kept delaying me pricking up my vehicle, and they do not work weekends so I couldn't pick it up on the weekend they had my car for 5days and when i finally picked up my car and got it home I was PISSED. Not only did it look like they did not clay bar clean my car prior to installing the wrap but i had portions of the wrap not installed correctly like corners pulled to tight and black showing through. I immediately messaged Ross about the issues and he said some bubbles are normal and the dirt under the wrap will be handled at the 2week follow up appointment. 2 weeks later I drop off my car they told me it would be a few hours- Not. Dropped off at 9am and it wasn't ready until after 5pm they replaced the the main panel that had issues even tho I could still see some dirt trapped I was just over it at this point, and they fixed the corners I had issues and all the bubbles. At this appointment I also paid for blackout chrome delete for my silver trim around my windows and bumper. I go to pick up my car and Ross informs me the installer accidentally cut into my main wrap on my bumper and didn't have time to fix it that I would need to come back to have it replaced or he said and I quote "the sun could melt it back and you won't notice it" I was pissed yet again because I live an hour away. And this is a brand new vehicle so I'm praying I don't have a cut mark into the actual paint itself. Ontop of that my car was extremely dirty and they couldn't even take the time to wash the car it looked like they only touched the parts that had issues. I paid a lot of money to have this wrap and not have issues like this. I get my car back and at this time I was unable to make it back to Jacksonville for about 3-4weeks as they are only open Monday-Friday. After going back and getting that fixed (took about 3-4hours) I was happy with my car I love the color and everything was fine. FAST FOWARD to 3/4 MONTHS LATER! **Only hand washed my car with a ph neutral soap. No wax! As I was told. Kept in the garage most nights.** I get my car detailed today and my detailed comes to me and points out stripes in my wrap!!!! STRIPES! And it's not coming out with a wash. It appears it's in the wrap itself not on-top. I message Ross immediately and send him videos of my car and the issue, he then told me it could be anything to pay for a "light polish" and see if that takes care of it??? Not offering for me to bring it in or even considering it's a wrap failure. So instead I told him I want 201 wraps to see it with their detail guy and try and fix it. At this point I am so extremely disappointed with 201wraps I will never refer anyone to them. THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. I paid in full and I feel so overlooked ever since. I feel as if all the issues I had they just did a quick fix. And they really don't care to get my car back and fixed properly since I already paid. The stripes appear to my detailer that the car wrap was stretch too much and is failing. I asked if I could be transferred to the st augustine location as I am very displeased with Jacksonville location and was told i am not allowed to change service locations. I paid a deposit at the time ($1,100) that I thought was refunded back to my card, due to the time it took them to complete the wrap. The tracker was going off on the slingshot indicating the slingshot was being driven 1:00 am showing the location was at Whisper (a bar) I never followed up with my card service because they usually handle disputes very well. Zack informed me that they have a NO REFUND POLICY which I wasn't aware of, I don't patronize businesses that don't like giving money back, no refund means do what you want and there's nothing you can do about it! My fault for overlooking this policy. I was on vacation when Zack contacted me, sending my blood pressure completely up...so, I asked my husband to handle it due to my pressure going up too high. Zack quoted me this outrage cost, added extra expensive without confirming the amount, not knowing if I even had that kinda of money. Every little thing Zack was adding outraged pricing.
