They all are super friendly, engaging, and approachable and happy to have have a conversation with your. We had three things done at Control Freaks. I had my 2022 Ford F250 Platinum Tremor tinted. Brian, AKA "Tint Master", has been doing this longer than anyone you are likely to meet. I would bet money on it. He did every piece of exterior facing glass on my truck with the best ceramic tint on the market with the highest UV protection for my interior. To say it was done with perfection is an understatement. I had my wife's Jeep tinted the same way with the exact same precision and outcome. We also had her Jeep detailed by Erickson and Mike. They did the best detail I have seen in many, many years. These guys are professionals and are passionate about what they do. You can see it in the finished product. I popped the hood when we got home and was very surprised to see they had even cleaned her dusty, sandy engine compartment. The attention to detail is awesome. Control Freaks is not the cheapest service out there. Ask yourself this: "I have one shot at doing this right. Do I want to pay for this again if I don't like what I have done?" If your answer is "I am not willing to take a chance" (and you really should not be), stop your search for the right company now, it is, Control Freaks. This company lied and RUINED our family RV. I had to pay…read moreover 12k to fix the damage these people created. These people said they would remove all old vinyl and did not. They installed the new wrap, a very low quality "sign quality" vinyl NOT 3M vehicle wrap vinyl as promised, OVER the existing RV factory graphics as if we would not see the extrusion of the old vinyl. They didn't terminate any of the wrap properly and allowed to peel at door edges and windows. It was beginning to stain from anything that touched it, they didn't even remove the finger prints from the wrap install and the oils from their hand began to stain it. We paid to have professionally cleaned with no luck of removing the finger prints or residue left by thier hands and tools. To be put simply our 100k rv looked like Clark Griswolds worst nightmare.... The son is a lying, non contributing zero, that will say anything to get off the phone with a client thats not happy with the trash he tries to sell them on the phone He acted like he owed the business from day one, come to find out he's just another nipple suckling daddies boy that rides the coat tales of his fathers half hazard work. His daddy acted like he would try to clean up his sons mess by saying he would fix it and didn't. I guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, just another full of S**8 conversation. We had to take our RV to a true professional but damn near cost us 12k by the end of it all... After paying PW Graphics 10k, we ended up paying the real pros to make it right, almost another 12k. I requested that they refund at least half my money to no avail. I called Amex and after showing them all the details they happily refunded it. They have the nerve to try to have some collection company call me after all this PITA. Biggest mistake they could make... PW Graphics will never stop regretting the day. They will be in court very soon. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WOTH THESE CROOKS. Pictures really don't do justice of the poor workman ship. Sucks a company or even another person could do business this way and rob people of the excitement of making a big change to a huge investment that was purchased ONLY to bring happyness to their family.

I have had thee WORST EXPERIENCE with dealing with this 201 WRAPS. Zack called me to complete a…read morewrap, which I started two freaking years ago with this company and it was horrible then and its no different now. I NEVER completed the wrap from two years ago. I paid a deposit at the time ($1,100) that I thought was refunded back to my card, due to the time it took them to complete the wrap. The tracker was going off on the slingshot indicating the slingshot was being driven 1:00 am showing the location was at Whisper (a bar) I never followed up with my card service because they usually handle disputes very well. Zack informed me that they have a NO REFUND POLICY which I wasn't aware of, I don't patronize businesses that don't like giving money back, no refund means do what you want and there's nothing you can do about it! My fault for overlooking this policy. I was on vacation when Zack contacted me, sending my blood pressure completely up...so, I asked my husband to handle it due to my pressure going up too high. Zack quoted me this outrage cost, added extra expensive without confirming the amount, not knowing if I even had that kinda of money. Every little thing Zack was adding outraged pricing. At this point I just want my slingshot, again the same action as my last experience. I asked to speak to a manager/owner anyone that could make a decision with sensible outcome. I just paid the balance too Susan over the phone ($1347), now Zack calls me back with an inflated cost stating he texted me a cost which is more around $1600, I can't with this company and it's not like they do a good job. My first sling they did okay, but my second slingshot trash wrap coming off alone with straight chaos. This will be a NEVER RETURN AND TELL THE WORLD, SO NO ONE HAVE TO EXPERIENCE this magnitude of STRESS!
