i just had my windshield changed. i prevously had a dash cam installed with my old windshield…read more all that needed to be done was make the wires neat. the guy said he couldn't do it for 2 weeks and it was $225.00 with a 1/2 deposit just to be put on the schudule. i said did not have a credit card but what i really meant to say was go f yourself. to update the response i got - when i was in the store you said it was $225 for 2.5 hours worth of work that equates to $90.00 an hour.on this fourm you are stating $150.00 per hour. also i told you the windshield was just replaced and i'm waiting on tint to go on top part. when i got home i told my roomate and we hooked it back in 5 min and we tested it and it works. we plugged some usb plug into the mount which the unit laches on to and that powered on the unit and inside cam. all i wanted was the wires strightened and tucked away. i never asked for a warrenty and wouldn't expect one if the cam blew out if all you did was tuck the wires. i just don't have a reciept from the oringnal install. but those who are good to me would of had a customer for life. i would of paid something like $50.00 - $75.00 give or take but apparently you think your too good for that. i don't do business with people who don't think their crap don't stink and tries to rip people off. there was no reason for a re install. it's been installed perfectly for a year

I already had all the equipment but just wanted an installer. I called on a Sat AM and once being told they had time this morning to handle and a price I ventured on down. The shop itself is relatively small and the work was actually done just outside the bay (I have a lifted truck). Bottom line, communication was good, install was done well, and faster than originally quoted. I'd have no issue coming back for any other car audio needs in the future.

I brought my car in for a basic amp and subwoofer install, and left with a broken trunk. Sammy and their so-called "BMW specialist" clearly didn't know what they were doing. After paying $600 (plus a $100 tip I now deeply regret), I discovered my trunk wouldn't even open when I got home. I drove 90 minutes back to have them fix it, only to witness the two employees arguing with each other while I stood there. I have the entire exchange on camera. They didn't fix the issue. Instead, the owner had the audacity to text me taking responsibility--but then tried to push me to another location TWO HOURS away for a "possible" fix. Absolutely not. I ended up taking it to BMW directly, where it cost me $1,100 to properly repair the damage they caused. I initiated a chargeback to cover the BMW repair since I refuse to pay twice for someone else's mistake. I also had to warn the owner that further harassment or slander would be met with legal action. For the record, this is the third time I've tried posting a review--apparently, they've been getting negative reviews deleted. Oh, and before you trust this business, maybe look up the seven liens against it--including one on the owner personally. They present themselves as friendly and professional--until something goes wrong. Then it's blame-shifting, dodging accountability, and trying to sweep things under the rug.
