They were very sweet and knowledgeable and showed us where our main drain cleanout is on the front yard. They also showed us what to do if we have the same minor symptoms and not a bad spill. They could have pulled out a bunch of equipment and performed a bunch of theatrics and charged a lot of money - but they didn't.
