They say the insurance company didn't send them a second P.O. for a night's storage (because a night's storage was not authorzed.. they were called well in advance of close of business and it was verified that Ace Moto would be open and were WAITING FOR THE BIKE. It never showed.. not that day, not the next and not even the one after that, AFTER we were told by the tow company themselves that THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY RIGHT THEN TO EL PASO TO DROP OFF MY BIKE.. They didn't go until the next day. I sent them a text saying i'd make sure State Farm never called them again and that I should have reported my bike stolen. Dave called me back and threatened me with bodily harm. I called State Farm and reported that too.

I called for a tow from Northeast El Paso to the Eastside and was quoted $149. I provided both the…read morepickup and drop-off addresses up front, and the company had that information for over 45 minutes. The driver arrived quickly, loaded my truck onto the flatbed, and only after my vehicle was fully loaded told me there was a "price change" and that I needed to call his boss. When I called, I was told they "didn't account for mileage" and the price was now $220. After pushing back, they lowered it to $200. This is a classic bait-and-switch. If mileage wasn't accounted for, that should've been caught before dispatching a driver, not after my vehicle was already on the truck and I was effectively stuck. Quick response time, but the pricing tactics were dishonest. I wouldn't use them again and wouldn't recommend them unless you're okay with the price changing once they already have your vehicle.
