We took my wife's 1965 Ford Ranchero in for a while body paint job and they gave a finish date of one month which they met on time! Not only was it on time, they went the extra mile to make sure it was the color my wife wanted and the finish looked great! Nice work guys! read more

My car was rear ended several months ago and I never got it fixed. Somewhere between LA and Las Cruces the bumper started falling off. I arrived at ABC with my bumper taped to my car and no idea what it costs to fix it. ABC fixed it in one day, they also fixed another issue for me and the price was unbeatable. Great customer service and the price was fantastic. I can't recommend them enough. read more

My newly licensed daughter slammed the side of my car into a burm. What a mess. Had it towed to ABC. Mike checked it in. He rarely looked me in the eye and was generally condescending. Frankly I didn't care as long as they did a good job. I wasn't marrying the guy. It took too long to get done. I believe it was 5-6 days. After negotiations the bill was still over $1000. Negotiating for Mike means knocking off parts of the job that weren't necessary at the time. Im glad to get it back but I'm going to try real hard to find some way to recharge my air conditioning for less than $140! They did get it fixed but poor ability to relate to people. read more

This is the absolute worst experience with a body shop!!! Progressive took my bike there and it's been returned 4 times now. Nasty running paint and debris all over under the paint. Horrible pin stripes with paint running out on them, horrible body work, just complete inept repairs. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!! read more

I want to write this review to underscore the integrity of this place. A few weeks ago, I had some work done to attach a front bumper to the frame of my car by ABC Paint and Body. Unfortunately, earlier this week I hit the front of the bumper on a low clearance driveway with a curb, and this jostled the bumper loose. I took the car back to ABC Paint and Body, where Mike identified there was a clip inside the frame of the car that had to be replaced. When I stopped by earlier today to pick my car up, I was humbled and grateful that he had not charged me anything, even for the part. Because of this gesture, as long as I live here I will take my cars back to ABC as well as recommend this body shop to friends and family. Thanks again Mike! read more

This shop only gets business because it is certified by the insurance companies. Repeat business should be because you do a good job not redoing shoddy body work and amateur painting (running paint, unmatched colors, debris in clear coat). Don't take your business here. read more

I have used this body shop on several occasions and they have always provided prompt and complete service--they do what they say and do it well. The customer and front desk area have been remodeled and upgraded. In addition, the service manager has gone out of his way to find hard-to-locate items needed for my car. read more

Beware!!! They do not follow through with their 'guarantee" on the work they do!! I had work done on my vehicle back in 2017. It was a brand new car that unfortunately someone backed into causing damage to the front end. The paint started peeling off the front horribly. Since the work was done at ABC, I have moved out of state, several thousand miles away and was unable to return it to ABC auto for the car to be looked at. I spoke to ABC auto telling them the issue, and sending them photo documentation of the issues. I requested they pay for the repairs to the work that was done improperly since they said they did warranty their work and I have the paperwork showing there was a guarantee. I got several estimates from different facilities in my now home town. I went back and forth with the manager via email and phone calls since May 2019. It is now September 2019. This is over 4 months later. The manager will not return my phone calls or emails. They sent me $500.00 which is less than half the amount needed to fix the extensive issues with the paint job done by ABC auto. They have not stood by their guarantee of their work and fully compensated me to have it corrected. I would steer away from this facility. I wish I had went with a more national company that has locations everywhere so that I could physically go into their office and state the issues instead of being ignored repeatedly by the management. This has been a huge hassle, waste of time, and great disappointment. read more

I went to this shop to get a second estimate and was really glad I did. I had a big dent in the right rear door of my Camry that needed fixing, and Mike Day gave me a quick estimate, which was a couple hundred less than my Allstate-suggested provider. At the time I noticed that a Las Cruces police car in the ABC shop, which spoke volumes. I called my Toyota dealer and asked them who they would recommend: ABC. I also called Dent Works, which does only paintless body work, and they too sent me to ABC. So it was an easy choice. Mike got me in on Monday a.m., and I had my car back by Thursday p.m. the same week, just as promised. Mike texted me throughout the week to advise me of the work in progress and contacted me again for feedback after the job was complete. The work was flawless, but I did have some issues with lingering paint vapor. Mike advised me to leave the car outside the garage overnight, which did the trick. I really could not be happier with the work or the service. They really do aim to please. read more

I took my truck in to get painted. It needed very minimal body work. Paintwork was done in about 2 weeks. That day when I looked at it more closely I could see several small dents that they didn't fix the first time. I took it back and it took them over a month to finish it. And they only did the paintless dent repair like you do for hail. The paint job cost me just under $4000 and it wasn't awesome. Plus they took forever. When they say "I Promise I'll have it to you tomorrow" it really means 2 weeks later. read more
