Took my vehicle to have mud-flaps installed. my vehicle was backed into a parking spot. At first…read moreeverything looked ok. when I arrived home and backed into my parking spot, the front end made terrible, loud noises, as the mud-flaps were catching on the tires when I turned and backed in. Whoever backed the vehicle in at St Clair Collision had to have heard that noise it was extremely loud. they had to know there was a problem. Even without that they're supposed to be professionals that who do this all the time and should've known even before they put them on that there might be a problem. But they let me it drive home after they backed it into their parking place and heard the noise. DISHONEST! When I took it back, all the manager would do is take the mud flaps off and give them back to me. NO REFUND!!! Not even an apology. I was called back later in the day and told they would give me $30 off of $220 detail. How can I trust them doing a detail on a vehicle when they not only did a bad install of the mud flaps they also let me drive off, without saying anything? to top it off weeks earlier, we let them do a $3000 job on another vehicle. when we picked the vehicle up, it smelled like BO/body odor. Now we wonder if that job was done right?

I (18) broke down 30 minutes away from home on my way to my mothers for dinner. I was in a rush and let him know the keys would be in the car when he gets there but i have to go. I was very distressed atp. He asked where i was from and i said st clair shores. he asked me where to take it and i asked for the closest shopp to me rn (i dont know the area). And he responded with lakeview transmission shop, I agreed without a second thought because i had just asked him for the closest place. The place was 10 miles further than the cllosest auto shop and he charged me 8$ a mile. He wont own up to this and he says its my fault for agreeing. If you want to deal with a narcissist who doesnt care about anyt but himsellf and his truck, youve come to the right place. Oh if you call him to report a problem hell put you on speaker in front of his chilldren. A real great man he is who said he did me a favor cause i was in a bind. I dont call a favor taking my transportation over 10 miles more than i requested. We drove the vehicle and they put it up on the lift so we could in spect, the mechanic had fixed an oil leak on the valve covers and put in new plugs, tires and Bush's sent it out for detailing and frankly it drove and smelled like a new one (except for that burnt oil smell which after a month has pretty much gone away). Staff was nice and as with any used car it's a crap shoot but they did a very good job at bringing a 2007 Nissan Murano SE Touring edition back to Life with 132,000 miles. We LOVE it but miss the pickup, but felt very comfortable with the quality of preparation work done by Bush's Motors so five stars!

I had many mechanic shops turn me down, including the Toyota dealership, because of the work that was needed, and it's lifted. The communication was great and they kept me apprised of everything. From the time they started until when it was finished -- less than 2 days. To actually have my truck fixed...and driveable and safe and back to normal, y'all I am so so so happy. I would trust them with any work needing to be done.
