we had integrity come in to rebuild our 40 year old driveway. They proposed rebuilding the patio and walkways -integrating them into the new driveway. Integrity exceeded our expectations. the design and quality of implementation was excellent. Avoid them at any cost Thomas and specially Joe presents himself as a charming family man, easing concerns with promises of a 3-year guarantee--though, of course, nothing is ever in writing. Once the job is done, good luck getting a response. Calls and emails? Ignored. They only came back after I threatened to leave a review and even then, it was just to take photos and samples and more promises, with no follow-up since Sept 10. They will push special prices to pressure you into deciding quickly, discouraging you from getting other quotes. They show up with a crew using minimal equipment--no large machines, just hand-spreading asphalt, a small compactor, and roller for a decent size driveway. Joe claimed my driveway was low, now thinking is more likely to avoid properly prepping the surface and remove gravel. Despite waiting for a long period to start driving on it, after few days with rain it was full of loose asphalt that was sticking to car tires and washed toward the drain. The entry points to the garage are sinking where the tires enter the garage, exposing poor compaction. They'll blame tire marks, but the real issue is that the surface is porous and poorly bonded even on the walkway where you just walk, with sections already showing very roughed surface where good amounts are peeled, even water was washing asphalat . The walkway also shows the loose asphalt and very porous on many spots proof that it wasn't compacted or the asphalt they use is very poorly bonded. This experience has been a nightmare. As I wasn't planning on replacing my driveway. I regret not checking Yelp reviews instead of trusting their Google reviews, which they pushed me to write right after the job. People have already reported them to the BBB, and will be doing the same as I will be taking legal action too. If you're reading this, don't fall for the sweet talk. They do shoddy work, won't honor their word, and vanish when things go wrong. I'm happy to share pictures or have you visit to see the mess and poor jobs they did. read more

Integrity just finished paving our driveway and walkway. They did an exceptional job. They arrived on time and finish in a timely manner. They were neat and got the job done for a great price. The crew and the supervisor were very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them and they do the job of those larger companies just as good if not better that charge twice the price. Joe and Tom could not have been more pleasant and knowledgeable about our questions and concerns. Our job was done QUICKLY, completely to our satisfaction and priced very fairly for the quality of work. The old beat up driveway was ripped up, integrity ran a new drain under from gutters as I requested to mitigate drainage issues, removed a small retaining wall thus expanding the driveway wider. Super sketchy unlicensed solicitors going door to door trying to provide unpermitted short timeline jobs (permitting office never heard of the company). They lie about the significance of a binder layer and opt not to do it since it's easier and cheaper not to. I'm sure their work looks fine on the surface but it probably doesn't last as long as other companies. They don't provide warranty information. They don't call Dig Safe. It's all pressure to do it quick and other sales tactics to stifle critical thinking. Buyer beware. None of it felt right and I'm glad I got out in time. They provide no comprehensive contract or terms on liabilities. They say all the right things but none of it is in writing. Read the BBB reviews/complaints also. This is not an above-board company, it's an under the radar one. read more

Do Not hire. Company name should be Zero Integrity. They paved my driveway and after about a week a piece of my driveway broke off. It did not bond solid enough. On Sept 16th I called Jerry and let him know about the issue and he assured me he would come back and fix it no problem. After many texts and calls Jerry gave me one story after another as to why he hasn't come back. It is now November 21st, over 2 months have gone by and still never showed up to fix a simple issue. He now isn't answering the phone or texts. I have been very reasonable about this situation but at this point he has left me no choice but to let everyone know he has Zero Integrity. I'm letting as many people as I can know about this, also will be contacting the BBB and Attorney General. I'm a military veteran and can't stand a person who doesn't follow through with their word. read more

I am glad that I heard from Integrity after my review was posted. Never had to do this before. I received the clean stone today, it was paid for by them to a local stoneyard I have used for 40 years. when you see this company run! don't fall for the high pressure fast talking workers for this a shady company. Day 1 end of May when they started, their start time was for 10 am and 3 day job, showed up at 8 am and told us it would be done that day, we planned our day according to our work day by the time we got home all ready started pouring asphalt, we wonder did they do a proper foundation did they lay 4" of Asphalt like they put in the contract, did they remove all the asphalt and the list goes on and on in our 3 hour absence. Very fast talking foreman Joe telling us to relax and trust him over and over again because he is a Christian man. Before being able to start the 2nd driveway they ran out of asphalt. I believe because they were never going to lay 4" of asphalt before we arrived " claims he was shorted by the asphalt company by 10 tons" I know this is a lie. when they finally arrived 2 days later to finish 2nd drive they buried my wall. Claimed the reason was because the wall was not level. When their job was completed very uneven surface, asphalt was very rough not a lot of bonding, packer marks, my concrete pad for my shed was buried by 2' causing time issue with construction of shed missing asphalt by basement door .... The next day gave them a 1 star review, to which I received a phone from Joe yelling and name calling saying he never got a chance to fix the issues. I removed the review with the promise to come back and repair the multiple issues. The 1st scheduled date that Joe could be here was a month later he claimed he was going take the asphalt to the lab to be analyzed he missed the appointment no show no call due to family issues. set up another appointment, no show would not answer phone. use another phone because Joe would not answer from our numbers, when Joe answered finally set another date no-show and when I called from another phone number again Joe claim truck broke down with no apology for last no shows. In August he finally showed at our home with a blow torch and without our knowledge ( found this out from a neighbor) and tried to burn the packer marks out this made it look worse. He came back a week later promising to tear up and repave the 2nd driveway and to fix all issues the the 1st driveway. The earliest convenience for Joe was Oct 24th 5 months after the initial driveway issues 4th time we took off work, AGAIN NO SHOW NO PHONE CALLS. so angry use different phones only way to get them to pick up spoke with a John, Mike, and Jimmy 3 different times well they are just as bad saying how they were going to back to us and never did and how they were going to get to the bottom of the these issues because of how many complaints they were getting from Joe's work. Claims they were going to call Mr. Washington to get back to us whoever he is never called. 2 weeks later no answering any calls from Joe, John, Mike, Jimmy or Mr Washington. We are relentless we be taking them to court. final comment not only is this a very bad company they are very bad people. read more

I had my driveway recently dug up and paved by Integrity Paving, and was blown away by the job they did. Not only did they do what I wanted they leveled and made it a little wider.
