Even if customers don't understand the language, her tone and body language make it obvious that she's talking about them, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. In addition, the owner's phone etiquette could be much more professional. Good customer service goes beyond the quality of the nails--it also includes treating every customer with respect and making them feel welcome.

A little disappointed is an understatement. I neglected 6 red flags. I reached out to the salon with my concern. Although they stated they could get me another consultation with a different stylist, I declined because Becca was already a level 6. I was disappointed that they didn't even offer a reimbursement or even a partial reimbursement. I will not use this salon again and recommend researching all stylists at this location before booking an appointment. Below is the requested hair style, and the results received.
