Professional, compassionate and non-judgmentAl. I had damaged my left big toenail trying to do my own pedicure. She not only made them look lovely, she did it painlessly. I love the Gel-manicure She did for me. I have already rebooked my next 2 mani/pedis. Gail saved me from having to shave my head and start over! No exaggeration. My hair was so dry and damaged, it was impossible to work with. She listened to my explanation of the problem and concerns I had with my hair. I booked a Refresh Pedicure with Gel for $57. While sitting in the chair, the nail technician handed me their laminated flyer with descriptions and asked me to pick a service. I (again) selected the Refresh with Gel. He looked at the page and pointed at the Recharge Pedicure with Gel, which was $67. I corrected him and pointed at the Refresh. He nodded and said, $57? I confirmed. At checkout, I was charged $67. When I questioned it, he told me it was due to the cost of the gel. To be fair, he may have given me the Recharge - but that was not what I asked for. The worst part of it all was that it hurt. I have never had a technician file down the sides of my toenails, let alone do it as aggressively to the point of tearing skin. He also sprayed my toes (twice) with alcohol, which burned due to the damage he had caused.

Great job on the pedicure, very meticulous, however, also very rough and made me bleed in multiple spots. She also only did one coat of glitter when the standard is at least 2. The dip manicure was really just application of a dip base with gel color on top. Not what I was expecting and it turned out very thick and not smooth. AND they only let my nails sit under the UV for max 10 seconds at a time, so I know the gel probably didn't set right. I didn't even get a real manicure either - no cuticle cleanup or moisturizer or anything other than a cut/file and color application. I had to ask for some cuticle oil and lotion at the end. I also think I was way overcharged ($120) based on the prices I saw on their menu.
