The ladies here are rude. They never have the colors that are on their nail charts and when they do, I have been told on more than one occasion that the colors are not the same with list of attitude. Oh, did I say they are rude? They confused me with a different customer and accused me of saying things and doing things I did not do. I told them that must of confused me with someone else and two of them were rude and combative. I will never return there again. read more

They cut my toenails but didnt file the rough edges. Very light buffing on my callous. The hot wax in the bag only covered my heels. The nail tech next to me, corrected him, and he still didn't fix his mistake. The gel polish came off one of my toes 2 days later. $65. Was a waste of money. New clientele be careful.... I got charged $110 on a refill and when I gave her $140 (I was going to tip $20 regardless of the overcharging) she just assumed I was going to tip $30 and tried to take my change. The last time I went there Kim seemed irritated with my request for my nails and I didn't get what I wanted. I decided to give them another chance and not only did I get HIGHLY overcharged, but I seemed to be the only person they didn't ask if I wanted to book my next appt. This is the first review I've ever left in my life and I left so disappointed and honestly sad that they tried to take advantage of me that I was too taken aback to say anything in the moment and paid anyway but my friends told me to leave a review.... I tried Amazing Nail salon today with only 2 technicians and 3 people in chairs. Said it would be 15 minutes. Kind of surly too. After 10 minutes I realized it wasn't going to happen so I tried Kim's. I called first and asked about walk-ins and was told yes just don't get in a hurry. I liked the honesty. I knew it would be a few minutes wait but I was seen right away by Angel. She gave me a wonderful pedicure. She has such a nice demeanor, making sure the towels aren't too hot and the same for the water. My nails were clipped perfectly even. A lot of time I don't have that happen. I will be going back. Oh yeah, just about everyone in there was a regular. That says something about a place. read more

I love Kim . I see her every few weeks for a pedicure. She is the first nail tech I have ever been able to completely trust to not be too rough (or cut me ) and I can just sit back, relax and enjoy. They are a nice group of ladies. I went there for over a year. This last time I didn't slip into see another salon out of convenience. The quality of the gel mani was excellent. It's just that over time Kathy ruined my nails. She stopped doing a light file and cotton balls wrapped in tin foil. She has been soaking my finger tips in acetone and using an electric file. Now because the natural nails are so thin and damaged, the gel mani isn't lasting. My nails are also breaking. I'll have to move to dip or let my damaged nails grow out. I'm moving on to find a tech that will try to take care of my natural nails. How the gel is removed is just as important as how well it is applied. read more

I enjoy the fact that they have Kiara Sky dip powder, however there were not that many colors to choose from. They didn't have the color that I ended up choosing... which was a bummer but then I found another one. The manicure was great, but the lady I had ended up slightly cutting my finger when she was filing due to my skin staying connected to the upper side of my nail after the dip powder was done. It happens, I've done it to myself before so I wasn't mad. Overall, the spa is pretty good for being a new place. I just hope that they add more colors to their dip powder options. read more
