We were referred to Dr. Foggia by my daughters pediatrician. I've dragged my feet to go and we finally went and I had no problems with the office staff, the PA's or the DR himself. She does need her tonsils and adenoids removed. He explained it in layman's terms to my 5 year old and I. The surgery scheduler was nice. We scheduled the surgery the day of our appointment for December and received all the paperwork needed. My 5 year old is nervous and I'm optimistic and nervous but overall he was great and the staff was normal medical staff. Not bad not spectacular. But there was no attitude or issues. UPDATE Her surgery went VERY well, I would recommend him to anyone. The surgery center & their staff was amazing as well. We have seen Dr. Foggia many times for my 3yo son's ears and sinuses. He was supposed to have surgery for tubes and adenoids at 1.5yo, and when he went in for the surgery - he came out with his adenoids still intact because they couldn't get a vein to run an IV....which I've never heard of before. Moving on.... We were then asked to wait until he was 2.5+ to try again. We went back in at 2.5 when his tubes had come out; and Dr. Foggia told us we could just keep him on antibiotics until he grows out of his adenoid issues (our son has been on antibiotics since he was born, so, no - this is not an option), OR he could try again with the adenoidectomy. But "try" is not confidence inspiring when your 3yo needs surgery to breathe and stop getting infections every 6 weeks. It's clear to me that not only does Dr. Foggia have terrible bedside manner/affect, but he's also not confident when dealing with pediatrics. Go to Lomax if you need someone to listen and take care of your kiddos! read more

I tried making an appointment with this Dr because of his good review. But he will not take new patients that have seen another doctor in his office/group. I seen one of the doctors in that office I guess in 2016 once and do not even remember them. So he will not help me. WOW! I guess they have each others backs. I do not want a Doctor that is not independent in his practice and is in a group that will not allow other doctors to help a past patient. What about patients that do not like a certain doctor and wants to change to another. Not with this group of Doctor obviously. Sad and disgusting. read more

1. Appointments are available a month from the day you call. Needless to say if it is something urgent you have no choice but to wait. 2. Filled out 5/6 pages of medical history and the doctor didn't even glance at them. 3. Waiting a month and about an hour in the office to be seen and he spent less that 15 mins with me. 4. Patient centered care is nonexistent in this office. The doctor disregarded what I said. Sprayed my nose with I don't know what (he did not tell me), walked out without saying what he'd be doing next and showed up 10 mins later with a scope he inserted in my nose which was an additional charge. I spent $120 for a 10 minute consultation. Overall I think this doctor needs to work on his people skills. Learn how to actively listen and respond to the PATIENTS concerns. read more

My niece, after a lifetime of issues with hearing and breathing, went to see Dr. Foggia. He performed several procedures on the same surgery day, and has greatly improved her hearing. I'm so very disappointed with this office, I really wish I could give negative stars for this place. Let me start by saying I work in a doctors office and was appalled because I would never treat a patient the way my son and I were treated here. My two year old son was referred to this place from an old friend of min that Dr. Foggia has worked on for years, so I naturally expected an excellent practice with excellent service. We arrived 8 minutes late to our new patient appointment, just due to trying to find the place, and upon check in was promptly told that we would have to be "worked back into the schedule since we were 10 minutes late". The front desk girl asked me what my copay was for a specialist office, and when I told her I wasn't sure, she pulled a number out of a hat and said that $50 would be my copay and they would bill me for a balance or send me a check for a credit. I was SHOCKED that she just chose a number and didn't even bother to calculate the copay or call the insurance. I called my insurance and they told me that with my HSA account I would very likely have no copay but the front desk demanded it anyway!!! I paid my son's copay and we waited for OVER AN HOUR to be seen. Once in the back a guy nurse came to the room and asked the usual questions then used a small tool to "take a picture" of my sons ears. What was it? Hell if I know. First time at an ENT office so I hardly knew what to expect for my two year old. I thought the tool was part of the nurses workup for my son to be seen by the doctor. Then, enters Dr. Foggia... I will say he is efficient but hardly personable. He seemed to know what he was talking about and addressed some major points, despite the fact that his demeanor and bedside manner was comparable to Ben Stein. Upon checking out, this sloppy girl with a tongue ring was impatient with the male nurse getting my chart. Saying things like, "If so and so would give me your chart I could finally get you checked out." After getting the chart she tells me that there's an ADDITIONAL $25 COPAY for the tool used by the male nurse on my son!!! She claimed that anything done in the back office was subject to a charge and that was indicated in the paperwork I signed. I told her that even so, no verbal communication ensued in the back to indicate that the "picture" of my sons ear was optional. No verbal indication of it's purpose or necessity was provided AT ALL. I told her that I worked in a professional office and we ALWAYS indicate what is being done to the patient before they consent to treatment. She shrugged and said "it's our office policy", with her tongue ring gleaming in the fluorescence. So I guess it's safe to assume when going here you may be charged a glove fee, chair cleaning fee, gauze fee, pen sterilization fee, weight taking fee, temperature acquisition fee, etc, etc. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place unless you like migraines between 8am and 5 pm during any given day. read more

I don't think people really understand, it has been 3 years since you did my nose and sinus surgery, clean those area out because I could not breath out of my nose. After the surgery it actually did get a tiny bit better every day, but here is my point, I think it has been 3 years since it has been done, all the way up to the 3 years my nose would plug up from time to time, because of allergies, but the last year I have had zero problems and can breath out of my nose with impunity. You have a talent for what you do and have the surgery done did change my life, I remember how miserable I was when I was plugged up, so thank you Dr Foggia, you were a true God send, to you people thing of using the good doctor, don't hesitate, it's the end result that matters read more

I would NOT recommend this doctor. I went in for a follow-up visit, and was told the visit would cost about $100. I spent only a couple of minutes with the doctor, where he took a quick look up my nose, and then spent the majority of the time trying to talk me into a useless and expensive surgery, which I declined. Then, I was billed an extra $300 ($410 total) for him to shine a light up my nose for 2-3 seconds. He never told me what that was for, or that would cost so much extra, just did it and billed me. I have a question? I went to a collection department I paid that amount out. BBB and I were told I didn't have a balance so why I paid $75 and then this office send me back a check for $5 dollars in change. I just want to pay out what this office sent me to the collection department for which I did. Now I want to make an appointment. But you told me " I said I'm not bringing my son back. That was a lie! This office asked me to pay past due balance then make an appointment. I did then set it on a wrong day then blame me. That was done intentionally so I may go elsewhere. read more

Probably one of the best experiences I have had with a doctor's office in Las Vegas. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The wait was minimal. The medical assistant that helped us was awesome, he sat down with us to get my daughters history and took the time to listen to our reasons for the visit. The auditory specialist that checked my daughter's hearing was fantastic, she was personable and made my daughter feel at ease.. Dr. Foggia was great too, I feel like he was really helpful and will really try to get to the root of the issues that my daughter is having. My teenage daughter even commented how nice every single person was that we interacted with. read more

Quite possibly the worse service I've ever experienced. They only get away with it because they are one of the few games in town that does pre-approval for hearing aids under HPN. Every three years I am forced to endure their services again so they can confirm I am still deaf, and then insurance will cover hearing aids. You have to call the "appointment dept" and leave a message, and they will call you back when they feel like it, if ever. Then they told me one time over the phone and another time when the automated service called to confirm. It takes a long time to get in, and then I had to reschedule. I'm sure the staff is permitted to treat their patients this way because Dr. Foggia's bedside manner is just as bad. I came in for difficulty hearing at age 40, thought it was due to allergies. He walked in and told me I had the hearing of an 80 year old and I needed hearing aids, gave me a referral for aids, and then abruptly walked out. I was stunned because I was not expecting that, and actually sat there crying in disbelief. I dread going back there every year! read more

WOW!!! Is all I can say!!! All of us know that finding a great Dr is hard to do in our valley. When I was recommended to see Dr. Foggia by my PCP, I was very leary due to reviews here on Yelp, but I took into account that this is someone my PCP said they would send their family members to. I took a chance and made myself an appointment. To make an appointment it was very easy, the woman who answered the call was extremely friendly and very accommodating to my tight schedule, and she also turned me on to their website where I was able to print the new patient paperwork to save me time, but I was also able to read and learn about the Dr. I was about to see. This put ease to my mind. When I arrive for my appointment in March I was greeted by very friendly smiling faces at the front desk, they inquired about my paperwork, which I was able to hand right over completed. It took a few minutes for them to put together my chart and I was informed they would be calling me back shortly. The wait was not too long, though I am willing to wait for excellent care! I was taken into the exam area, I am a nosy thing who had to check everything out, including cleanliness, as well as how the employees interact. I was extremely happy with what I saw and was completely confident that my PCP sent me to the right office. Dr. Foggia came into the room shortly after I was brought back into the room. He was extremely knowledgeable and also took the time to explain everything to me in terms I was able to understand and bring home a full knowledge of my condition. He recommended a hearing test which would allow him to see if there was a problem within the inner ear, the test was preformed right there in the office!! After the test I was given the results by Dr. Foggia himself who informed me I had fluid behind my ear drum and was given an antibiotic and I would need to follow up to make sure has resolved, and also explained the procedure I may need if it does not. I happily scheduled the return appointment with the woman at check out. I am happy to report that my hearing has returned to normal. I would recommend Dr. Foggia to ALL of my friends and family, I have even schedule an appointment to bring my child in with me on the same day as my own follow up appointment! read more

I Had been hit by a car when I was younger, needless to say I have had sinus problems my entire life. Towards the end, (Before surgery), I could not breath out of either side of my nose, I was snorting Afrin and eating Zyrtec-D like they were candy. After reviewing my CAT Scan with Doctor Foggia, he explain that I had a deviated, deviated septum, he said he had not seen a case so bad. I cannot express how hard it was to breath out of my nose, anyway after surgery, he stated my sinus's would get better everyday and they did exactly that. There is no way to put in words how this Doctor has helped change my life, I was miserable for many years, thank God I have been healed through Dr. Foggia's help. His bed side manner is more than professional. Seriously Dr. Foggia is a True Professional in every sense of the word, if you do your homework you will see that he is an expert in his field. I cannot thank him enough for helping me. He came as a referral to me and I would recommend him to anyone. He changed my life for the better!!!!!! read more
