Stay away... These people are fake and cheats…read more.. I made an appointment to see doctor Franco in February 2025 and gave my insurance and all the info way before my appointment. They made an appointment for me and even though their office was 50 minutes away from my house I made it on time and waited for about 40 minutes and then they told me Dr is not available and a gentleman but not a doctor will see me... he came and I told him what's wrong with my dry nose and he put some medicine in and told me to keep my nose moist and come back in 30 days.. the whole time I spent with him was less than 5 minutes and of course I was less than impressed by him and his lack of knowledge.... On my way out I made an appointment and two weeks after got a call from the office and they told me they made a mistake and they don't accept my insurance.. I said I understand so please cancel my appointment..: then got a bill from then for 800 dollars. I called and after about a week I was able to speak to Elle who is the office manager and I explained it to her and she said I'm sorry but we done take your insurance.. well they should have told me that when they had all the info from beginning and she said I will do you a favor and charge you half...150 dollars... I asked for what??? I didn't see a doctor wasted 2 hours and she said you can come back again and we I'll charge you 300 for consultant... this is so so bad.... My surgery coordinator was not the best and seemed to be rushing me out of the office when I was scheduling so I had follow up questions once I logged into the portal and saw the notes for my upcoming procedures. But Samantha was FANTASTIC, she stepped in and called me when I left a message for my coordinator who was out of the office at the time; and she was very pleasant and helpful when I was in the office for the procedures. The post-surgery instructions are easy to understand but seem too basic for the irritation left. Need more guidance on post-surgery care and what's recommended for the various symptoms.

He wouldn't do a sleep study and is terrified of doctors. On our first visit Dr Mirabal got on her hands and knees to talk to my son and assess him. She listened to me and agreed a tonsillectomy was the best option. She and her very professional, empathetic, and attentive staff guided us along from scheduling the surgery, to the actual even then following up to ensure my son was well taken care of. Her healthcare team from the front desk, nurses, aides, schedulers, and anesthesiologist are what healthcare should be about. They are a team and family who ensures patients are put first. The surgery center is across from Ikea. Upon entering, I signed in and the reception staff helped me right away. This is a good thing as some surgery centers will make you be seated before they get you checked in. Upon being called back, the nurse was very friendly and took my vitals before taking me to a bed to get prepped for the procedure. I then met with the doctor, anesthesiologist and the operating room nurses. I didn't have a long wait time and was there a total of 90 minutes from the time I arrived until the time I was leaving. I'm very pleased with the service that was provided and how friendly the staff was.

It's June. Are patients really expected to wait four months for someone in an ENT office to look in their ear? What was even more concerning was that the person who called me, SUZANNE, was an appointment scheduler, yet she seemed to take it upon herself to determine what type of appointment I needed after hearing a very brief description of my symptoms. I specifically explained that my issue was not at all limited to my ear, but she repeatedly insisted that what I needed was an ear exam and that nothing was available until October. Since when are scheduling staff diagnosing patients and deciding what care they do or do not need? I scheduled an appointment with a medical provider because I expected a qualified clinician to evaluate my symptoms--not to have my access to care filtered through a scheduler's personal assessment over the phone. To make matters worse, I spent over 10 minutes navigating phone prompts and sitting on hold just to be told that the appointment I had already booked online wasn't actually available. If patients can't keep appointments that your own scheduling system allows them to book, then the online scheduling system is pointless. The entire interaction was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Based on this experience alone, I would not recommend this office
