Initially I 'laughed' it off thinking I would go to sleep & wake up a little sore the next morning. I was wrong... I was soooooo wrong. I barely slept that night & wanted to go to the ER for the pain. I decided to wait until the next morning bc going in the middle of the night meant packing up my 2 small kids & husband into the car for an hour's long trip in the ER. The next morning I was in so much pain that my husband and his brother had to carry me (200+lbs) to the car. I was fed & sent home with so many pain killers that the pharmacist also sent me home with Narcan in case if an accidental overdose. Over the next 2 months I had multiple x-rays, CT scans, MRI's, physical therapy, & even had a Steroid Epidural (which is about 1000x more painful than a birthing Epidural). The pain (with pain medication) was so intense that I couldn't even make it to the bathroom. My husband ended up having to place a pot next to the bed so that I could urinate while he held up his sobbing & helpless wife.
