I first used David about a year ago to hang up my TV over my fireplace as well as in another room. He added an electronical outlet for me so I would have no cables exposed. I recently had David install (3) Nest outdoor cams. He provided me with (3) options on how he can install the camera's. Understanding that Nest Cameras wouldn't be the cleanest security camera solution because they have large puck size adaptures and need a power source, I didn't want the cable plugged indoors and lead out, we decided on having new outlets placed outside near the camera's. I'm happy with how everything turned out as this solution makes it easy for me to get to the camera and replace them if they fail. Wifi wasn't keeping up with working from home. I needed faster connection speeds. David and Walter team several drops from my modem to various rooms in the house. What a difference it has made! I contacted David about a combination of things around my house that I needed to solve. Some we straightforward yet labor-intensive. Others were really complex and hard to solve. David arrived when he said he would. He came prepared with an impressive set of tools. He was solutions-oriented from beginning to end, and he gave me the better part of his day without ever making me feel like he had other appointments, which I'm sure he did. He was also polite and professional at all times. I have some hardwiring issues that he was able to identify that would require a future visit, and it took a long time to eliminate all the possible problems that drove to that conclusion. He also included me in his process, respecting what I could help with, and taking the reins on aspects of the problem where I was out of my depth. It's frustrating to not solve a problem but I really admired and appreciated David's patience and "sticktoitiveness." In general, he was really responsive. And while he was here he happened to notice that a few of our eero routers were not wired and could easily be (instead of repeating a signal over the air). I was shopping around for someone to install in-ceiling speakers in my home to complete a Dolby Atmos system. I contacted several installers with very fancy websites. Most told me how difficult the job would be and quoted me exorbitant prices. David had a very modest website but incredible Yelp reviews, so I reached out to him. He looked at my photos, said "No problem!" and quoted me a price that was HALF what everyone else was estimating. He also guaranteed me that if the job turned out to be more difficult than he thought (because of unknown factors behind my drywall), the job would be that quoted price regardless. I was nervous to have the work done during Coronavirus, but David and his assistant were safely masked the whole time. They protected every inch of their work area around my home, and did the installation flawlessly. The job presented some challenges, but it was nothing David couldn't handle, and as promised, the price was exactly as quoted. He left my house spotless, and now I have the system I always dreamed of. I completely and totally recommend David for all your AV installation needs.
