In the afternoon of last Sunday my laptop and tablet were suddenly locked up by hackers…read more Aaron was driving home from being away and immediately took my call. He proceeded to navigate me through several potential fixes. None worked and it was determined I was hacked and locked up by someone who "really knew what they were doing." Aaron reccommended to wipe the hard drive and start over asking to drop off the two devices at his nearby home in Indian Wells. Aaron then immediately worked on the issue for next several hours. This is Sunday evening mind you after a 6 hour drive from Phoenix. By Monday morning I had picked up my laptop and tablet and was back in business. I wouldn't ask for better more prompt and professional service than what Aaron provided me. He will be my "go to" tech guy from now on. No one else has even been in the same universe.
