She listened to everything I had to say and answered all my questions; she didn't talk over me or cut me off and I immediately felt a good connection with her and how much she cares about animals. Surgery went great and she called me herself when it was done. She even clipped my bunny's nails free of charge! BIG mistake, all they care about is how to get the most amount of money for the least amount of care. I see the vet monthly because he has arthritis and require librela shots monthly. I have only seen the Vet once in the last six months, only see the "tech" assistant for the shot and nail trim, nails never seem shorter, I actually marked the nails prior to last appointment and was charged for trimming, nails were same length when he was brought back to me, so if you want to be charged for services not rendered, this is your place, I won't be coming back, and will definately tell my friends and neighbors who I recommend, it WON'T be this place anymore.
