When it was time for the installation, he spent nearly half the day replacing and properly aligning our very heavy door--all on his own and without interrupting us while we worked. Our door and frame had never fully recovered after firefighters had to break through it during a fire, and it had become extremely difficult to open and close. It now works beautifully. He was knowledgeable, personable, funny, patient, and incredibly hardworking. We agreed on a price and he and his crew showed up about a week later and found the issue to be dirt buildup in the valley flashings. Jeff and his crew removed all the moss growth on the roof, cleaned the debris that was creating a dam in the valley flashing, inspected and repaired what needed repairing on the roof and even cleaned out the gutters. I'm really busy OK and then he said get up on the roof and run a hose on it and I went wow he wanted a 65-year-old woman to get up on the roof and run a hose to see where it's leaking don't you think someone should've done it then I ran into him at a restaurant and he acted like he was with his wife. He acted like he could care less about charging me almost $700 to fix a little piece of the chimney and as he's leaving it goes well text me really he asked again in front of his wife if I would get up on the roof and run a hose on it I absolutely would not recommend this company ever.

We needed help fitting a new range in a poorly prepared hole. The previous owner decided to install…read morea drop-in range in 1992 and customize the hole for that unit, creating a space that was far less than the required 30". Expensive oak cabinetry, sadly, counter topped with 1' grouted floor tiles, the exact same tile that is on the floor. Counters mortared to the wall. To say this kitchen was poorly conceived is an understatement. So we needed help. Big time. After seeking help at Yelp, Nestor responded within an hour of my request and he graciously agreed to come take a look. I still don't quite understand how he managed this magic, but he was able to not only make the conversion, preparing the hole to receive the new range, but he also managed to save my cabinetry, including two drawers, while shaving enough off of those cabinets to make room for the range. He also wired the plug and range and mounted the socket so that the range sits flush to the wall. Incredible work ethic. What was the cost for all this magic? $700. For over 6 hours work onsite and more time at home in his shop. He literally saved us thousands of dollars and a boatload of time and stress. Next up are new countertops. I know if we need help, he's in my contact list. Highly recommended.

Our installation was delayed due to Covid-19 and their inability to get the materials. Our install was scheduled for April of 2022 and was completed in July of 2022. The installation crew was fantastic! They were professional, courteous, on time and cleaned up each day after they were finished. They answered any questions or concerns we had. The electrician and his team was also very professional, courteous and provided detailed explanations on what he would be doing. The GM Jordan was very thorough, courteous and professional during his final walk through. He went over every aspect of the job ensuring it was installed correctly. He took photos and documented any areas of concern or that he wanted to have looked at more closely. The project took 6 days to install and two days for the electrician, a total of 8 days. On the build day they showed up at the time that we were told they and went right to work. They left there work area clean and closed all gates in the area that they were working. On the day of final walk through with Tyler it so happened to be raining, we happened to notice a minor leak and pointed it out to Tyler. They were professional about coming out right away to fix the leak. I am happy to say that it is leak free now.
