I mentioned to them that I possibly had shoulder lock and I was avoiding the doctors because I knew they would recommend surgery. Met with Josh a couple of days later. He assessed the shoulder lock and he was confident he could help. 12 sessions in and I'm at 75% improvement from day 1. Josh has been amazing in educating me on the proper strength training needed to balance the entire system to reduce the shoulder lock. Even though they are out of my insurance network, Sarah has been great in helping me get the proper information to submit in hopes of getting some reimbursement. I always look forward to my sessions.
