We special ordered a bedroom set with a California King bed, two night stands, a dresser and a chest of drawers plus 2 sets of lamps, and an outdoor wicker table with glass top and 4 chairs. We had to special order the California King sized bed because no one carried the one we wanted in that size. Florida Home and Patio were the only ones I called willing to do a special order. Their prices and quality are excellent plus they have really unique items with a Florida vibe. Service is excellent and with a smile! Even the delivery people were excellent and would do anything to make sure the furniture was set up how we liked. The owner even called to see to see if our special order was correct and the delivery was what we expected. Who does that anymore? I highly recommend Florida Home and Patio and I'm sure these will not be the last items we get there. We can't thank Laurie and Joe enough for the excellent job they did!!

The white on the chairs is more of an off-white compared to the bright white table. We were supposed to receive another set of chairs but then never heard anything. Wrote it off and moved on. Now later we tried to file a warranty claim because the clear has rubbed off the table and the stain is wearing away leaving behind exposed wood. They responded saying they would send someone to our house to refinish the table which seemed very odd. They said it would be about a month before they could fit us in. That call never came and communication has completely disappeared. Seems at this point it is money wasted and hopefully others will look elsewhere.

Florida Patio restored them to NEW condition for less than a third the cost of new seating of this quality. GREAT communications thanks to Greg in the front office. Everyone was super friendly and helpful during drop off, pick up and tracking my order. The whole process took about 4 weeks but was worth the wait.
