This is for the salon: New to Lakewood ranch and really needed to get my hair done, this place had…read morea last minute booking available, so I booked an appointment for an all over color, which my former stylist has done on me many times before. In the comments I left a note saying that I also usually get some highlights or low lights, but didn't know how to book that online. The stylist was ok, we chatted a bit but she made sure to mention how thin my hair was, yep, I know. I took at myself everyday. She also criticized me for my "oily hair" my bad, went a day without washing and didn't use dry shampoo I knew I was getting my hair done. My purpose was to get my grey hairs covered up. She told me I couldn't do an all over color, so she was doing highlights. Ok, you're the professional. She commented on how I live in Florida now and need to be more blonde, wasn't sure what that meant until the end of the appointment. I left the salon with pretty much no color to my hair, which is not what I asked for. This is probably one of the worst color jobs I've ever had and I have to go to a wedding like this. Not only did she leave me with pretty much no color, she didn't even bother to tone my hair, so I do have a lot of brass. As a Lakewood national resident this is a huge bummer because I would have loved to have had a good salon right in my neighborhood, but this is not a good salon. I've resisted the urge to get a hair depositing mask because knowing my luck it would screw it up even more. Oh and I had a 20% tip that was added on, which I wouldn't have given the stylist this tip with this color job. Super bummed.
