I also read where someone reviewed saying that the woman who answered the phone would not give her name when asked. Unfortunately for me, the negative reviews were correct. When I called the first time, I was given good service. The attorney who took my call was friendly. When I called back to confirm my email was received, the woman who answered the phone would not let me speak to the attorney and refused to give me her name. I waited more than a week for them to call me back. I finally called them. When the attorney answered I did not even know it was her because she just answered the phone and started speaking. called yesterday and some girl didnt want to give me her name at first then she had an attitude after I kept asking. Finally she told me her name was ashley. she didnt even let me finish telling her about my issues and said it wasn't a case they handle. whats the point of being a law firm if you don't take cases? She was rude and unprofessional. then to make it worse my friend called shortly after and got a girl to who did the same thing- cutting her off and not giving her name right away.
