I had NINETEEN, and they didn't want to accept a W grade, which is still a PAID-for grade. I got that situation fixed, but I had to call and see if went through, because they didn't bother to call me back and let me know. She just happened to "forget to call back." This week I got an email asking to send in my grades and schedules, only to be told I didn't qualify because I didn't keep a 3.0, but a 2.5. When the hell was that going to be mentioned in ALL these phone calls and emails? During my email conversations, I'm told that Guillermo will be finally calling me personally at 12:45pm. I CALLED him, he told me he wasn't supposed to call me until 3pm. With that, I came to the final and long-waited conclusion of me leaving this inadequate, inefficient, unorganized, and careless insurance team later this upcoming month.
