We started with agent Tom H. in El Cerrito, up to until he closed his agency and retired. After Tom, we thought we would have a hard time finding an agent that will fit our busy & demanding lifestyle. Then Al Chen and his incredible staff came into the picture. The entire staff is proactive and is very responsive. Thank goodness we don't have to file many claims, but when we did; Al & his staff stepped up to the plate and delivered in a timely manner. I have worked personally and mostly with Assistant Office Manager, Maria. Maria is a superstar, and I hope she knows I totally appreciate her. I rarely work with the other staff (Deanna, Jenny, Michele), but when I do; I receive the same excellent service. Al has a very contagious personality. You would think after multiple complaints across different platforms, AAA would step in and improve things, but nope--same terrible experience. I've since canceled my membership and added roadside assistance through my insurance provider (which has been a much better experience).
