We had a great experience with are first consultation they took X-rays, lots of pictures, and then talked about the best approach for us. Now days they are trying to have kids in braces very young. When I was there I had lost all my baby teeth and had all my adult teeth in. They said that would save us a lot of time and money in the long run. We decided to do the metal braces as they moved the teeth the best and the colors are fun to pick. We also had expanders and spacers as well. They aways had appointments available and if you has any issues with your braces then they can get you in to fix the issue. I will say before your braces come off if you need to get your wisdom teeth taken out then do so. Also wear your retainer after like they say. My teeth are still strait my sisters are now back to being crooked. The wisdom teeth came though and push her teeth and caused her to now need braces again. This place is great and will meet your dental needs and its a great atmosphere for tween/teens!

Well, if you ever need to use that guarantee, they will deny ever even having one! Then they'll try to trick you into paying for another treatment. If you say anything about it they will drop you as a patient. Another review spoke about the fake reviews and I agree. It is Very clear that a bias is held towards those with children, or a seemingly wealthy appearance and they will treat you differently based on this factor. Now after waiting 3 weeks for the appointment, and arriving on time on my day off bright and early. I am now back where I started and needing to find an orthodontist. If you take quality service seriously, I would consider spending your hard earned money elsewhere. Somewhere where your time is treated with respect. They have been nothing but AMAZING! My husband took my daughter to the initial meet and greet consultation. He was blown away by how friendly, quick, and thorough they were. The next day, I got in touch with Denise B, the coordinator, because my daughter needed to be done in the hospital due to her anxiety. Denise wasted NO TIME and submitted the hospital authorization. We were being a little difficult, schedule-wise, since it is hard for my husband and I to take off. They accommodated every change, from start to end. Dr. Anoki was so pleasant to work with. She took excellent care of my daughter! After the surgery, I took my daughter for her follow up appointment, and they got us in and out! I brought donuts because we were so thankful for them and the genuine care the provided. Everyone thanked me, and I didn't meet half of them. Just goes to show how friendly and welcoming they are. TIME. What makes it even worse is the complete lack of communication and accountability. They don't call to apologize, explain, or work with you to find a better time. Instead, they'll casually send you a new confirmation text less than 12 hours before your appointment, even if you have had your appointment set for over 6 months, as if your entire life is supposed to revolve around their incompetence and disorganization. People take time off work, rearrange childcare, move schedules around, and plan weeks ahead for medical appointments. This office clearly could not care less. Their attitude seems to be: "Your time means nothing, but ours is sacred." It's unbelievably disrespectful and honestly insulting at this point. And the billing department is just as bad. They repeatedly send duplicate bills claiming no payment was received, even after you've already paid. If you go here, keep EVERY receipt, every statement, every confirmation number, and document the date you paid because apparently their recordkeeping is a complete disaster. If you don't fight them on it, they'll happily act like you're delinquent instead of admitting their own mistakes. I have never dealt with a healthcare office this careless, disorganized, and dismissive toward patients. After years of this nonsense happening to multiple members of my family, it's obvious this is not an occasional issue, it's just how they operate.
