They also gave me a referral for a local place that seems perfect. Ultimately, I didn't receive any treatment on this visit, so I can't comment on that. But the info, referral, and careful handling I got was well worth the visit.

Poor practices regarding work, records-release, and general honesty…read more Rude staff makes it very evident that they don't want to provide requested records, when they do send them it is partial. When requested a second time to send complete records they do not comply and send piece by piece, resulting in unnecessary back and forth due to their incompetence and VERY evidently bad attitude. They make it difficult for the client to practice their lawful right of having access to healthcare records which have already been paid for via service requested in the first place. Dental work is very poor, my tooth was left sharp and jagged, and unable to be flossed. Upon 2nd correction the other dentist in the facility had terrible things to say about the work provided by their associate. After 3 times it was never fully corrected by them. Pricing changes based on the staffs mood, unlike other dentists that provide up-front pricing irrelevant of insurance and mood. The staff gets very defensive because they cannot provide legitimate answers, they are inconsistent and dishonest.

OH and not to mention they literally had other patients information in 2 different areas of the room. the computer was open to a patients file, and the wall next to the door literally had names of everyone coming in that day and their full names, time of appointment, and duration of appointment. my sons full name was on there. i included pictures below and scratched off any identifiable information of everyone on there, but if you go here, just know anyone can see your name here at any time. i would not recommend this place, even for an adult like myself simply because of the way they handled all this today.

As a result my expensive, not covered by insurance, night guard cracked after 1.5 years of light use. Dr. Roessler did not ask to review the guard to asses the quality of the work. I imagine he could've asked his supplier to remold the piece due to this issue. Instead, a secretary called me let me know I was out of luck. So I am just out the money....

I was so shocked that they took care of me on the holiday. They were kind to do it. I've been going to Dr. Blidy for over 50 years. I started going there when I was a young kid. I trust him. I have referred several of my friends to him, and was happy to bump into them in the office. I know that 3 of them are currently patients of Dr. David. And one intends to see him when she loses her current dentist. How can I say more than to send friends to him? The office is comfortable and the staff are wonderful, always welcoming. My hygienist is Chrissy, and has become another person I look forward to seeing at every visit. I am pleased to know how much I will need to save up for payments for upcoming visits after what the clinic anticipates from insurance. And I have never felt pressured in any way at this clinic.
