They treat me and my peers voicing how we feel Like crap and shut down every time we have a concern or complaint and go into defense mode like they must be trained to do. This is just one of 12 different things that I could write a paragraph or 3 about that happen here. They will not let police get involved or kick them out when this person is writing down personal info he hears us say at med time and in group, our contact info from contact sheets, and what room we are in and who's going to die first. He's re coding the computers here and breaking through the firewall to stalk peoples socials, finding houses on google and taking notes on the houses, and talking about violence a lot. This person has been caught in others rooms late at night watching them sleep and taking notes. Staff says we are overreacting and to let it be, when 4 of us have had nightmares of him attacking us in bed and it's effecting many of us that we can't focus on getting the help we need. I've been threatened to be kicked out here before for speaking against bad things yet this guy is still here just moved down to the medical unit. The police aren't allowed to do anything even though this guy is a potentially dangerous hacker who has committed 30 counts of invasion of privacy, stalking 2 guys who he is obsessed with by pretending he's sleeping and being behind objects to watch them then following them around asking weird questions sometimes and for autographs, and those same two people he said are going to die first and he's writing a story of how they will die, which is very suspicious and uncomfortable and nobody will take it seriously. We feel uncared for and ostracized because we speak up about this massive issue. It is ruining many people's ability to recover and we should not have to feel this way. This person has an accusation of giving fentanyl and groping another guy who came and who left the second he saw this guy. He's also facing over a decade in prison for something we can't find any info about or what it is for. There is more I am forgetting right now, but the staff has even told police not to listen to us. Multiple parents are furious that they allowed this to happen and keep him here when he needs a TON of help mentally and needs to be Baker acted because he fits the criteria for it and needs to be locked up too! He has tons of info on us on his laptop and knows how to code and hack and I'm terrified he's going to get into my accounts and steal my identity considering he knows my full name, birthday, number, Snapchat, Instagram, and where I'm from. Nobody come here this is the worst experience I've had in a long time and am paranoid this person is going to steal my identity, ruin my life and reputation, and or hurt and stalk me.

I was also blocked into a room by another therapist with an arm against a door frame, again a trigger, which caused me to flee when I was first waiting calmly, because I knew I wasn't a danger to myself. As was later proved. My last appointment came three days after I had a crisis. I was cleared by both Madelyn (likely to get me into office three days later to call 911, to not call during "active" emergency was something I couldn't understand. I did everything I could to be honest - used skills, my safety plan, and crisis phone numbers (despite her report, this part was not true, which is the problem with not inquiring further). I don't blame her, not every provider is equipped to understand these intersectional complexities. Overall, I just had higher hopes for a therapist and place "specializing" in PTSD. Our first session, the front door was locked and we waited outside in the cold a long time before another business owner let us in to the building. Matthew was unable to even give us an estimate of how much the sessions would cost through our insurance until after we had completed 3 sessions and missed our FSA deadlines, and he has no way of notifying you of appointments. No call, no email, no text reminder, not even a paper card. In my experience it felt like he was happy saying we had something on the books and charging for it without any notification and that was super disappointing. He also did not return my call about this issue. I would warn folks to steer clear of this "practice."
