I felt I waited a long time even though I had the first AM appointment and only one other patient came in at that time. The nurse who weighed me and took my vitals was very sweet, and I liked her a lot. I saw Dr. Kucera, and I wasn't a fan. Between the time the nurse left, and when the doctor finally came in, more than a full hour passed when I was just sitting in a chair in the treatment room alone. I got an allergy test, which was fine and actually took very little time relative to the rest of my visit. Nothing came up for me, so I was given a printout on non-allergic rhinitis, prescribed a nasal spray, and scheduled for a follow-up appointment. My problem wasn't solved, and why am I going to continue seeing an allergist if I have no allergies? This place is probably fine if you know your issue or need allergy shots, but to be kept waiting that long by the doctor when she's not actually helping other patients isn't acceptable.

My life has been wretched with pollen allergies for years, I am literally stopped up non-stop. I came here because it was just getting to be too much for any one person to bear (for me and those close to me), my head was pounding, I was itchy mess, and I felt like a huge bucket of snot ready to explode at any time. I came in and I was expecting the worst, I was greeted with just the opposite. The staff is extremely helpful and efficient, Dr. Sakal was direct and also cared about having a good patient outcome. I was tested for my allergies, then 15 minutes later the Doctor came in and read my skin reactions, 10 minutes later I was in his office going over the results, I was then given a nose spray that changed my life, and I am all signed up for shots. I now await the magic immune therapy solution to start again. I don't know why I waited so long to go back to the allergist, #life changing!!!!

Lucky for me, I knew something was terribly wrong, and then so we went immediately to the ER. The PNEUMONIA had set off SEVERE AFIB. My heart rate was 180 bpm for FIVE DAYS! EIGHT PEOPLE we're waiting on me in the ar trying to and they were working out those deep make sure I didn't die. Not ONE WORD from a Martinez!! I ended up with TWO CARDIOVERSIONS & have to wear a cardiovest for THREE MONTHS! I'm taking MANY DRUGS to let's try and keep my heart at a proper rhythm. I NOW HAVE HEART DAMAGE!
