I started going here about 5 years ago on the recommendation of my now husband. We call it APDC…read more.. I had never had a good experience with a dentist in my life (maybe because I have a tiny child mouth and I'm always being yelled at to "open wider"...) so, I almost never went to the same one more than a couple times. I was hesitant to start over at another place, but I am so glad I did... On walking in, you can tell everyone loves working there and that they are a family. Dr Greg and Dr Joanne (married couple practice, how nice?) are so sweet they provide their own figurative job security; plus they have gadgets for checking your teeth that I had never heard of (including this thingy you can rest your teeth on that holds my tiny child mouth open for fillings, etc.) and the whole staff is excellent at what they do. In addition to regular cleanings, I had Six-Month-Smiles (quick braces thingies) to re-straighten my teeth before my wedding, so I got to spend more time there than the average patient which allowed me more time to observe the interactions between the hygienists, assistants, techs, doctors, and other patients. So, there are my credentials on the subject. :) P.S. Almost my whole family goes there now, and everyone agrees, APDC is phenomenal. You should go... tell them Melissa S. sent you!

I've had a cavity for three months waiting on bad scheduling and finally the doctor told me they won't do anything They're going to send me somewhere else. If that was the case, I could've just scheduled an appointment somewhere else now I have other problems in my mouth because I couldn't get one checked. Your service here is definitely not appreciated.

I was getting four veneers done there. When she finished, my bottom teeth were shaved (without my knowledge because I was completely drugged). 6 months later two of the teeth kept popping off. Ghada said "They are like roots you have to do maintenance." In six months, I thought to myself. The cherry on top was when one veneer fell off again 3rd time now and Ghada clearly aware that it was chipped glued it back on. They are CHEAP, DISHONEST do NOT know how to communicate, and they should be called DUMB and DUMBER. I now have 15K worth of work ahead of me including getting my bottom teeth rebuilt because of the lack of care these two jokesters did to me. DO NOT go there! You have been warned!

Also, somehow my teeth had a good periodontal pocket depth measurement, now when measured with this new ownership in one year I went from 2-3 to 5-6's. The want $1000 to clean them. The office has a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere and is always very clean (which is exactly what you want in a dental office!) I never have to wait long before I am taken back for my appointment. Dr. Facchini and the rest of his staff are always very kind, informative, and pleasant. Dr. Facchini takes ample time with me, and never makes me feel rushed.
