I was getting four veneers done there. I thought Ghada was going to do them but I got the practicing one who did not articulate what was going to be done just that I was going to love them and that they would last 20 years. When she finished, my bottom teeth were shaved (without my knowledge because I was completely drugged). 6 months later two of the teeth kept popping off. Ghada said "They are like roots you have to do maintenance." In six months, I thought to myself. The cherry on top was when one veneer fell off again 3rd time now and Ghada clearly aware that it was chipped glued it back on. They are CHEAP, DISHONEST do NOT know how to communicate, and they should be called DUMB and DUMBER. I now have 15K worth of work ahead of me including getting my bottom teeth rebuilt because of the lack of care these two jokesters did to me. DO NOT go there! You have been warned! read more

Some of the worst Dental Care I've had. The doctor is good, but they are never there, they outsourced procedures, and they have you waiting to update information. I've had a cavity for three months waiting on bad scheduling and finally the doctor told me they won't do anything They're going to send me somewhere else. If that was the case, I could've just scheduled an appointment somewhere else now I have other problems in my mouth because I couldn't get one checked. I have been going to this location for many years and have felt that the customer service, knowledge and skill of Dr Ghada has been superb, She has been on the front line of dental technology from day one. Making crowns from a 3D printer and just making teeth look better. I have had crowding of my bottom teeth for years, but lately it became unsightly. I addressed the problem with Dr Ghada and she suggested crowning the four lower teeth. I was hesitant out of fear, but boy do I wish I had done this long ago. Now I am not hesitant to smile or better yet laugh as the teeth look great. Her staff is fabulous too. Been coming here for 10 years. Since having my cavities filled I haven't had an issue, and that was 9 years ago. Dentist is thorough and gentle! I hate the dentist, but Dr. Beydoun makes it comfortable and pain free. I always receive an explanation of benefits and It's always spot on, I don't know why someone who wrote another review wouldn't just check the EOB if they had issues? Disgruntled customers always try to slander businesses. This place is honest and when looking for a dentist, you look for one for life and I have found that here. read more

Hands-down the best dentist ever. I'll start off by saying I work close to 90 hours a week, yet they never have any trouble accommodating my busy schedule. I went in for what I thought was a cleaning and boy was I wrong my teeth needed a lot of work. Everything I needed was explained to me, why I needed it was explained and the communication was amazing. I'm currently using the Invisalign treatment and honestly if not for Dr. Ghada, my teeth would have probably fallen off in a few years. Prior to having my procedures done I explained to Dr. Abbas that I could not afford doing everything due to paying out of pocket. Dr assured me that she can work with me and only perform 2 out of the 3 services. First procedure was the root canal. I went in and she completed the procedure and scheduled to have the following procedure done in the next few days. 30 min prior to my scheduled appointment they called to reschedule for almost two weeks later. Frustrated I decided to go anyways. Upon my arrival, the receptionist and office manager explained that the doctor is not able to perform the second procedure but instead has to complete all the services (which was never agreed upon) this would put me way over my initial budget and everyone at the office refused to take accountability for this mistake. For anyone that is looking to get dental work done here, I advise you look elsewhere... or at least get everything in writing. read more

I was referred her by a friend for teeth whitening. They got me in the next day for a cleaning and were able to squeeze me in to bleach my teeth. Very impressed with their professionalism and promptness. The Dr was very caring and made sure I was happy before leaving. Overall great experience. You get what you pay for! read more

HORRIBLE! I see a dentist every 6 months. I changed my insurance and ended up switching to Premier Dental... the dentist informed me I had 13 cavities I thought nothing of it and trusted her professional judgment. I had all13 fillings filled that same day. A few days later I felt pain that continued for 2 months. I kept going back to let the dentist know and she waved it off saying its fine until I asked her to please check it out. She then told me I need 4 root canals. I decided to go somewhere else to get another opinion. I did not need a root canal nor the 13 cavities filled! Please make sure if you are going here, you get a honest opinion! read more

I've been to this office for the past 7 years and I will tell you right now, that I refuse to go to any other office. This office is always pristine and clean. I've seen other terrible offices that are not as hygienic which is unfortunate because of the field they work in. I get my teeth cleaned by Cara and Dr. Ghada is so friendly all the time. I love going to this office. They are honest with me and Cara even shows me in the x-Ray machine where I can do better with flossing and areas I need to focus on, so I don't have to have deep cleanings as often. It's nice to finally have someone who cares about my health and prevents me from having to deal with gingivitis, or other types of problems just by paying more attention to my overall dental health. Dr. G walks me through the best options for what I need to get done. Most dentists are money hungry, but at Premier Dental Care, I feel like their main priority is my health and nothing more. There's no way I'll ever go to any other office. You would be wise to come here and let them take care of you, as they have for me these past few years. Premier Dental Care, I'm not sure how to explain this place other than to say it's an extravaganza of amazing, talented ladies. They don't just work on your teeth....they work on your soul. My self-esteem has been on LEVEL 10 since I started going there. Let me walk you through how a visit usually goes. When you walk in you will IMMEDIATELY notice the friendly admin staff WHO HAIR STAY WHIPPED you hear me, I didn't know if I was at a dentist office or a hair show in Atlanta ok cause MAN they hair is like PROM level whipped FOR NO REASON, they out here ICE COLD on a Wednesday. The admin staff will give you an appointment card to remind you to come back because you might be ok after the visits but since your teeth look like public school playground rocks you may need a few visits. Once you get past the admin team you will be greeted by one of the BREATH TAKING ladies of this house of angels who will GLIDE towards you as they take you through the procedure that they will be performing on you. Many people are afraid to go to the dentist because they think there will be pain BUT LET ME TELL YOU once you lay your head down in the dentist chair and these FLAWLESS beautiful ladies start working on you there will be no pain...I SWEAR one time when they were drilling my tooth...I heard R&B music playing......I was sitting there...getting a tooth drilled and all I could think of was what to name the kids that I know my soul mate and I would have. If we had a girl I we wouldn't give her like a SUPER hood name just slightly hood...OOHH OH MAN we could name her "Premier" see that's only slightly ghetto but it's also free advertising for the business. You heard me I said "SOUL MATE" that's right I came in to get a tooth filled and that's when I saw her. She looked like a miracle high fived a wish and then BAM she came into existence. I won't say any names but she is so fine that if Jesus came back to earth and was granting wishes in the street for free and it was my turn and it was 1pm on a Saturday and I had a dentist appointment at that same time....I would make Jesus wait. I would look the lord all mighty right in the eye and be like "Come on now man you was gone for like 2,000 years just be cool sit here for another hour ok I gotta go see my girl" That's right I would ask Jesus to hold on for a few hours. She is so fine that I would let MAJOR RED FLAGS go like if I was at her house and I walked in and she had 17 pitbulls and 4 hostages tied up in the basement I would LITERALLY step over the hostages and act like I didn't see NOTHING, they might be yelling for help and I would excuse myself from my girls table and go into the basement and say "HEY HEY....yall being rude....can yall take a nap or something, OH OH Hey if yall be cool I'll sneak yall a pop tart or something just be cool man stop crying and screaming....its our quality time". Not only is she TOO FINE but she's really smart so if we had a kid he would be mixed and have the best of both worlds like he would get a perfect 1600 on his SAT's and be winning rap battles on the east side and dunking on people and throwing cookouts and shooting dice in hall ways and stuff. Our kid would win a national spelling bee because of her genes but when he accept his award my genes would kick in and he would say "Yea first of all I wanna say much respect to my 7 Mile players and yall be on the lookout for my new album dropping this summer as well as my new line of Doo Rags and wave grease" Well Premier dental changed my life and if you go there you can expect the same, YALL BE COOL PEACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

It's a nice dental facility. Small parking structure. They are really helpful. Great customer service. Always satisfied with the service they provide. Started going here about two years ago. They have done regular cleanings, some cavity fillings, and a recent mold for my teeth since I grind them while I am sleeping. Awesome service. Never dissatisfied. read more
