My experience with Dr Norwick and Dr Baker, has been nothing short of a nightmare…read more What should have been a simple Invisalign procedure, is now going on 3 years, and my once very nice, well cared for teeth have been destroyed. I've had to pay to finish my treatment somewhere else. I was going to wait until my treatment with my new provider was over, to tell my story, but I feel obligated to warn others of the damage this practice has done to my teeth, and many others teeth as well. I will update this review with more details soon. I know that there is a good chance that my review will get removed, but that's ok, because I will join everyone local facebook group, and other social media platforms to tell my experience. And I will do so monthly for the rest of my life, if it helps prevent anyone else's teeth from being destroyed from this practice. The building and parking lot are all meticulously kept clean. They have a beautiful fish tank, several TVs and video game systems for the kids to play while waiting (not that you ever have to wait, so I don't think they ever get played ). Dr Brust is such a cool guy who has so much energy, always has cheesy jokes, and makes it a point to make a connection with every single person that walks through his doors (family of patients included). There have been a couple times when their system didn't charge us our monthly fee like it was supposed to, and they were very easy to work with to straighten it out. The ladies at the front desk usually seem kind of snotty, but I only deal with them for the 2 seconds it takes to schedule the next appointment, so whatever, they don't bother me. My daughter's teeth look beautiful and we are looking forward to her braces coming off for good this fall. I can not stress enough, Dr Brust is who you want to be your orthodontist.

The entire staff is kind and helpful. Our first to have braces only had them for a couple of years. Her teeth weren't too bad but we started kind of late with her. Her teeth are still so beautiful!! Our second and third children had to start much earlier. Typically they start with phase one which is for making space and expanding the mouth for adult teeth. Both of our boys have been through phase one and are heading into phase two. Dr. Brust is sooo good with the kids! The office has video games for the kids to play, a beautiful fish tank, a hot drink and snack area, and a play area for younger siblings. They also have an excellent payment plan available making it affordable for everyone to have beautiful teeth!! Great place for kids!!!!

Avoid Dr. Jane if you value your time, money, and smile…read more I first saw Dr. Jane in 2018 to address TMJ issues, and she referred me to a specialist. I spent years with that specialist and returned to her in 2021 to complete my treatment, under the impression that it would only take two years. It's now nearly three years later, and I'm faced with two choices: switch to another orthodontist or live the rest of my life with a smile I'm not proud of and unresolved jaw issues. Dr. Jane has shown a complete lack of care and attention to my treatment. For almost a year, I've been told that I'm "just a few adjustments away" from being done. Ten months ago, conveniently after my payments we're over, was the first time she said it was about time to remove my braces. When I pointed out my misaligned teeth and remaining issues, she said we would make the adjustments as I "deserved a perfect smile" after all this time, yet she has done little to make it happen. The problems are blatantly obvious. My front teeth are nowhere near level, I still experience TMJ issues, and my molars are so far misaligned that I can lick the brackets on the outside of my teeth even when I'm completely biting down. When I brought my front teeth alignment issues to Dr. Janes attention she said she "doesn't see it" or dismisses my concerns and said she would "leave a note in my file". Other people notice my teeth are misaligned at a glance, yet Dr. Jane keeps telling me I'm "one appointment away" from being done. The best visit was after she misaligned my teeth so much that my bite was off and I could no longer bite without my jaw popping. Dr. Jane then got visually aggravated with me and told me that was impossible that happened and issues like that are only caused by trauma. The final straw was seeing pictures in her office of other patients with clear misalignment after their treatment. At that point I realized that I will never get the results im looking for with Dr. Jane. I've spent over $13,000 between Dr. Jane and the specialist she referred me to, only to hear from my new orthodontist that I'm still months away from completing my treatment. I asked for a partial refund as I know they spent time and materials on my treatment. Dr. Jane has refused to refund me any of my money even though her treatment has not been anywhere near satisfactory. Now I get to go spend another $6,000 due to her failure to align my teeth. Don't make the same mistake I did. If you're considering Dr. Jane, think twice before committing your time and hard-earned money to an orthodontist who seems incapable of prioritizing her patients' care or achieving satisfactory results.

The used salesperson came out and tried selling me a used car, stating that the services in my "treatment plan" were "investments." This used car salesperson then refused to allow me to get my teeth cleaned unless I agreed to pay them over $400 for what they insisted had to be done "same day" prior to my teeth cleaning, otherwise this was insurance fraud. WHAT?! Smh. Liars. Con artist dentistry here...don't waste your time or money. Appropriate consultation, meds, and even told me to text her if it didn't get better in a day or so. And she texted me the next day to ensure that I was doing okay. It doesn't get better than that. I will follow her as long as I have teeth. Office staff - friendly, concerned and fun. They were very good with breaking down the costs I was going to have to pay, showing me what my insurance was going to pay for, and then also extremely helpful to let me know what my payment options were. Dr. Hider was very personable and very good at explaining what was going on and where my pain was coming from. A very accommodating office and willing to do whatever they can to help you out. I heard Dr. Hider working with a very young patient who seemed to be very frightened, and he did such a good job of calming her down and making her feel more comfortable. He was cracking jokes with her and reassuring her that she was doing a great job and letting her know she was almost done. Doctors that care about their patients like that really show a lot I think!
