Not waiting two days, then having to call the office AGAIN to speak with someone and explain that you did indeed leave numerous voicemails for a return call, yet after two days of waiting, you are now looking like it's your first call.. Scripts aren't sent to pharmacy like you're told they would be.. etc. When Dr. Perna was in the office none of this happened. Very disappointed ... EXTREMELY!!

Dr Perna was excellent in manner. Went over all he needed to do and answered all of my questions. And before I left I met with the diabetes nurse. The worst thing I've heard from people is that they can never get ahold of thier primary doctors office. If you are reading this...you have access to a computer phone or tablet. When I write a concern or problem, his patient portal that is monitored by him and his staff... the questions and concerns are answered quickly and thoroughly. An added plus ar her two dogs that like to do a meet and greet before going back with their mommy to lie down and hang out. I have even had her PA Erin, who Is also excellent and thorough. Other than the Dermatologist I have, Erin is the only PA I have ever felt comfortable and confident with. As far as I'm concerned, they have me for a patient as long as they are In practice.

I am diabetic and had 3 bouts of cancer. Dr Sheriff has seen me through it all. His staff also is wonderful. Nurses take direct calls and respond back quickly with answers or appointments. I have severe nerve damage, several herniated discs, sciatica, and bursitis. Ellen is not a Dr and doesn't either know how to treat pain or simply doesn't. In 3 months she has put me on 6 different medications that give me no relief and major side effects. When I told her they don't work at all and make me sick, she told me to take TYLENOL! If tylenol helped I wouldn't be going to pain mgmt.
