We had our entire house's floors installed from here. The actual installation and product was of a…read morevery high quality, but unfortunately the entire business is a little bit disorganised. The assistant in the shop is not very knowledgeable about the products and when the installers did not complete the job in ome day they indicated that they would return the following day to complete the job. We therefore stayed at home all day and no flooring installation took place. We were blamed for having misunderstood when we enquires about where they were. In the meantime, two adults and three dogs had to live in a house with incomplete floors for a couple of days. Not fun.
