Horrible treatment by my pa. Left as fast as I started going. Only went as my 20 year doctor…read moreretired. Been at my current doctor the 7 years since I left. That says something. I stayed 4 months and left. Broke my hand and no help even with a week supply of pain medication. 6 weeks later I was referred to a specialist who said that the wait was so long that they can't surgically repair. I now have a permanent deformity. Best part? I was then offered pain meds. No longer needed. Honestly I should have pursued it. As some type of malpractice. The next appointment was virtual and the very first thing the provider said is your not getting pain medication, I had my husband in the background listening as I told him how they treated me and he immediately said your done there! No I'm not a pain patient etc. I am not flagged as a seeker and had no pain meds at least ten years before this happened.I don't like or want them but after falling down a flight of stairs and breaking 5 bones and a massive swollen hand. It's obvious. Her reasoning? The xray showed nothing because it was so swollen I'd give a -10 if I could

I have never been miss treated by any of the staff they are so sweet and helpful. I don't take good care of myself I always over work and push myself to far. They always call me up to ask how I am doing. I have a very hard time leaving my house and going any place I've gone through massive surgeries and fear that they will find some reason to put me under and cut me up. 4 surgeries in 2 years and I almost didn't make it through the last one I was almost dead. But I have to go back because I have some issues that will not go away. I would say they really are great people and Because they saved my life 3 times I recommend them 100%. They can't do everything but they can save and will save your life if you let them.

He wrote out 2 work release documents and they were both different and said I could do things that I actually couldn't after being in 2 car accidents within 6 months both not my fault. He said he was going to prescribe lidocaine patches "that I could put anywhere" but he never did. Told me to go on Amazon and buy a Theracane, that he just bought one for his Dad and he loves it. He sent me on my way without ever truly examining me. I left and never went back, seen another doctor who confirmed I have a bulging disc in my back and later discovered I also had a labral tear in my hip. Had he actually cared enough to examine me and be a quality doctor he would've found these things out. Now 7 months later I'm contacted by Julie the billing manager who was unprofessional and rude telling me she needs my private insurance information because my pip is exhausted and they denied the claim, I give it to her and SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I tried calling back several times and she wouldn't answer the phone. I contacted my auto insurance company that confirmed that they never sent a bill until January 15th 2025, I was seen there in July 2024. They made a mistake and now are extremely rude to me like it's my fault or something. They had plenty of time to submit it and get it paid. This place is horrible and super shady. Seek care elsewhere and save yourself from this place.

This place is a nightmare. The desk people make you feel bad for even asking if there's a wait…read moretime. Staff members cluster in small groups, gossiping about patients in an obvious way all over the place for long spaces of time. This is probably why they are always behind getting help people come there for. They smirk and make a lot of other passive aggressive faces. Today, I came in as a caregiver with a client and observed a young black girl and her mother being given the runaround for hours. This was a little girl with a stomach issue that had been going on for several days, but they all seemed to think she was just fine and didn't need care. Turned out the mother was lied to by staff who told them the x-ray tech wasn't in for hours when he had actually been there since the morning. They also waited for hours for test results. A guard came up in an intimidating way every time the black mother went to the counter to ask about the wait. This guard had really disturbed looking eyes like he was just waiting for a chance to be aggressive, When the mother finally snapped, they called the cops to take her away. Multiple minority people there said they did not know why she was being forced to leave and said they had also been treated rudely. And, after all this waiting for hours with a mostly-empty waiting area, the billing staff was there in a minute flat once my client was seen because they sure care about making a buck more than they care about the humans in need of medical service. Please, if you have a critical emergency, DO NOT go here, especially if you are minority.

We pulled the curtain back from the door, just so they could see that we were still there. I can't speak to the care quality, because there was no care. We only came here because we were on vacation and it was the closest ER to our hotel. If I'd have known how awful the experience would be, I'd have gone anywhere else.

Falsely claimed to have a mandate from the government requiring patients to sign a contract…read moreagreeing to random suspicionless drug tests just for being prescribed a controlled substance. When confronted, the Director of Operations eventually admitted that his company is not required by state law to subject patients who've presumably done nothing wrong to random urine tests at 24 hours notice just to get a refill. In my case, I was prescribed a Schedule II controlled substance (Adderall) for over a month before being blackmailed into signing a void contract just to get a refill. The doctor involved told me state law required it, but I knew better because as a close student of the law, I know the government cannot do that. If the government were to require doctors to conduct such searches by threatening them with sanctions if they didn't that would violate the 4th Amendment. I left my visit planning to sue the government only to find out after doing research that none of the Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) and none of the Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) require contracts at all. The law only requires a Material Risk Notice. The Material Risk Notice is supposed to be given before anyone is prescribed a controlled substance for more than 5 days but my doctor didn't give it to me until the follow up visit in which I was blackmailed in a failed effort to coerce me into parting with my bodily fluids. I consider it coercion because under state law Adderall withdrawal intentionally inflicted should qualify as physical harm under the ORS, so by threatening to withhold a refill for no reason other than not signing a void contract this clinic compelled me to do something I had a legal right to abstain from (sign the contract) by threatening me with physical harm (Adderall withdrawal). When the Director of Operations realized he had no ground to stand on, rather than correct the wrong, he still insisted I adhere to the terms of his contract just to get a refill even after he admitted that the contract's claim of being required by law is not true. That claim forms the bulk of the contract's rationale, so without being required by law nobody is bound by that contract to provide urine samples. The Director of Operations responded to my refusal to accept any outcome other than his clinic never holding my refusal against me in any way by terminating me as a patient. So, if you call them out for their illegal contract and insist they change their policy, they'll force you to seek treatment elsewhere. Even if they had a valid contract it couldn't possibly justify the drug testing or the pill counts absent a showing of reasonable suspicion. Otherwise they're simply subjecting innocent people to unnecessary procedures just in case they're someone else who might benefit from the procedure. If you are not overusing, underusing, or using your medication with something else in a manner which creates a risk significant enough to justify random monitoring like this then the contract does not benefit you at all. When a course of treatment does not benefit the patient it constitutes "administration of unnecessary treatment" as mentioned in ORS 677.188. I'm just glad I found out about this over something not too hard to kick instead of something more addictive. I once spent 5 weeks on opioids with a broken arm. I would have signed anything to alleviate that pain, so to think I could have faced being cut off those medications just for smoking pot, drinking alcohol, or over indulging in any one of countless drugs they test for is terrifying. That is not to say that I actually did any of those things but the point is contracts like these are far more likely to make my situation worse than better if I were to make those choices. Needless to say, I hope I never have to write a review about another provider like this one. To make things worse, the contract includes clauses which require notifying the government if the patient is dumb enough to admit sharing their pills with other people. Then if they're victimized by a thief they're required to become informants for the police just to avoid violating the agreement. The snitch clauses like the contract are optional under the law. What kind of doctors would risk let alone try to get their own patients kidnapped by the government? If any patients of Columbia Medical Clinic have been kidnapped by the government after being duped into signing a void contract talk to your lawyer. If you were convicted based on evidence turned over to the government by this clinic you might have a chance at getting it overturned simply because the waiver authorizing them to disclose evidence about you was never valid in the first place.
