We also came to her with about ~25 homes that we found online (new builds/spec homes and existing) and she made sure we saw all of them. She drove my wife and I around for nearly 3 full days and was completely honest on pricing, distance, location and all over variables we needed to weigh when considering our big purchase. Adrienne is very well connected in the North Austin area and knew many of the builders and other agents, as well as the inventory they had, so home shopping with her was an absolute breeze (and very enjoyable too!). I've purchased 3 homes (including the one Adrienne has helped us with) and have worked with 4 different agents. Disgustingly close houses on top of each other. There is little privacy and the HOA is overbearing…read moreand drive their little cars around like a meter maid to take pictures of your home. The mesh in our turf is coming out of the ground and has clogged the mower, the houses are built with paper thin walls and cheap materials. Cheap, thin floors cover the entire area and thin, nasty carpet. The doors were installed improperly and the back door won't stay shut without the lock, the outlets have had problems, the plumbing was a nasty mess when we got there and discovered the, again, cheap materials in the water heater that makes the water which is already low quality and high PH, to smell like rotten eggs. There is what seems like plywood protruding from the footing of the house as if the concrete was just smeared over it. These houses are disgustingly made but disguised to look nice. Investing in a home here would be a terrible waste of money and if you love an HOA that is constantly driving around slowly like creeps taking pictures of the houses, then be my guest. The location is garbage, and they use fake pictures on the website that aren't even here. The "fishing ponds" are about 2 ft deep and full of moss so thick you can't even pull of frog lure through it. There are no fish. The people who moved out of our current house also have shared with us that they hated it as well. Don't dump your money into a cheap house that will degrade quickly, go invest elsewhere.

I spent 35 minutes listening to some guy try to sell me a house. It felt like I was at a used car lot and some guy was trying to sell me a junker. The community itself is nice but the houses are literally on top of one another and it's in the middle of liberty hill. There are no stores nearby and it's nothing but housing communities and fields around it. If something seems to good to be true, it usually is and this is a clear example of "bait & switch."
