On March 9 of 2020, Dr. Erica Gregonis began her career as chief medical officer at Baptist Health in Richmond. Dr. Gregonis, has served as chief medical officer for Baptist Health Richmond and a physician with Baptist Health Medical Group Pulmonary Critical Care & Sleep Medicine. I arrived about 15 mins prior to my appointment, I was processed thru and in a room in about 30 mins of my arrival. There were complications with my insurance provider that was beyond the control of the staff, however they worked quickly to resolve what ever the issue was. I am a patient of both and I can honestly say the entire staff are wonderful, easy to deal with and actually care about you and the services they provide. My behavioral health counselor Sarah is wonderful and so easy to talk to. She's one of those people you feel comfortable with right of the bat . You don't feel like you're in a therapy session, you feel like you're sitting and talking with a friend. The medical clinic is pretty much the same way, my only complaint there is some days they are extremely slowwwww! I'm not sure why that is but, it looks to me like on those days they have over booked patients. Most days I'm in my appointments on time and there are no issues but, I have had a few occasions where I've been here well over 2 hours. Which if you have a life and things to do can be very frustrating! Otherwise, this is a wonderful clinic and atmosphere. You aren't just a number here, the staff really do care about you!

Working with the therapist, Kevin Pridemore, was a pleasant experience. He listened to me and asked good questions helping me to explain and understand my condition and the options available to deal with it. After one week, I'm very happy with the progress I've made. My husband's insurance covered 20 chiropractic appointments per year and he was told when those appointments were finished. So, he waited to make a new one. At no point was any piece of mail or phone call received from these people. Ater waiting and procrastinating, my husband called to make an appointment in Berea for himself and my daughter (McKee is shut down). It's a 30 minute drive and they arrived to a very nasty woman telling them they owed for a year's worth of service and would not be receiving treatment unless they paid $300. My husband should not have had a balance and my daughter had never been told about a copay. The fact that none of this could have been discussed via mail or phone in the year prior is ridiculous. We have no problem paying for service, but were never told what was owed. To be treated so poorly for their mistake was infuriating. We will not be back and i would not recommend these people to anyone while that awful woman, Michelle, is in that office.

I go every 2-3 weeks, usually 2, and the adjustments literally keep me moving, semi functioning and, as much as possible, out of constant and severe pain.
