When you have an appointment you have the ability to complete all your paperwork online AND they send you a packet of paperwork to your home WAY ahead of time in case you don't have internet access. The staff is friendly and professional, the office is clean, and they move quickly. For the particular appointment I come in for I am told takes 3 hours. It's more like 2. I know that, that seems like long time but it's not when it's cut down by an hour. I trust the doctor here so I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I felt like I was annoying her asking questions after the procedure. She wanted to rush away from us after the procedure. She actually stood up and headed for the door when we still had questions. Also her office must be disorganized because we received an entirely different report from her nurse practitioner (two positive cultures) than we did from Dr Gregonis. When I asked about the differing information she brushed me off with "I called my office to check and only one culture was positive". No apology for the misinformation. We were made to feel like we were in the wrong. I am not expecting a physician to be super chatty but I do want to get my questions answered and I want to a least feel like then genuinely care abut their patient's well being. Didn't get the impression she cared at all.

I witness this while I was in the office for an appointment on day, so that is not a rumor. They have no voice mail set up as such you cannot leave a message, if you do leave a message with staff, you never hear back. I've also had them cancel scheduled appointments with less than 24 hours notice. They have a patient portal, but never check messages nor respond. If you do not specifically ask to see the doctor, they will place you with a APRN, instead. You do ask, you never get a response. If you have any testing done, do not ask them to explain it you, or you will get a response like I did, "Well I could explain the result to you, but you would not understand". You only hear from them when a bill is due or a problem with insurance. No communication or concern for patients. If you have a lung problem go straight to Lexington. I had my PCP refer me to another physician, over 60 miles away, not happy about the distance but very happy to have a provider that is truly patient centered. I would have given them zero stars but YELP will not allow a review to be posted without a rating of at least 1 stare. Do you research, this experience is common thru other reviews of this place.

We chatted for awhile as the shots did their job and the tooth was out in 30 secs after he started. So I spent 3 hours the day before at Aspen and they told me an oral surgeon had to remove my tooth and he would be there in a week but because Dr. Smith has been practicing dentistry for 34 yrs, he actually knows what he is doing and doesn't try to over charge. They didn't like it and when she rescheduled it the office scheduler gave her a MONDAY appt for spitefulness and retaliation knowing their office is closed on Mondays. Once when she was there for a procedure, we heard Dr. McLaurin make a derogatory remark about the patient just outside the door. This behavior is totally unethical and unacceptable. To mistreat a sick person is very low. I wouldn't take a dog to Dr. McLaurin. I would hope some of his office staff is above this level of humanity.

I have never seen a doctor with such wonderful manners and concern and compassion. He was funny and had my mom at ease immediately. We both loved him. He walked us to the exit door. My only out…read moreof pocket expense should have been my $25 co-pay, however i was billed an additional $92.76 for a 'facility' charge. After speaking to the billing department, this is their new policy and unfortunately, insurance companies don't cover that charge. Although, this facility charge was 'buried' in all the ppwk i filled out, if they knew this ahead of time, they should have called it out before my appt. They know that patients are only expecting to pay a co-pay. But they waited and sent me a bill for $92.76 a month later when it was too late to do anything.
