The office is modern, clean and you can even watch television while getting your teeth cleaned or fixed. So I can say the care, quality and integrity is on point. He will even call you himself to check up on you after a procedure. This makes him so personable. He is fast, but precise and I love Daisy the hygienist. She cleans my teeth perfectly. The office and accounts manager are either inept or actively trying to scam low income patients. I make sure to double check what my itemized bill is every time I get work done, ask for a receipt, and ask again with the receptionist that my bill is paid in full and that nothing else needs to be done, which she verbally confirms after I sign my receipt. Months later I'm hit with a couple hundred dollar bill for work that I have already paid for, and have called three times using my limited international minutes (I have moved out the USA at this point) and they said they'll fix the bill, but then they continue to send me the incorrect bill trying to extort money from me. This is lazy and scammy, and they have refused to hire competent and honest accountants. Go somewhere else if you don't want this happening to you. I have also booked an appointment for this location in the past, and when I showed up they looked baffled that I was convinced that I had an appointment (a confirmation text for the Dallas location also been sent prior). They realized that likely the call center that handles appointment making on the phone had booked me at their other location which would've been an hour drive as opposed to a 15 minute drive (why would I want to waste the gas to go to a dentist office that is farther away when there's one closer ???? They have my address) because the lady I see also works at that location, despite the fact that I confirmed twice on the phone that it was the Dallas location where the appointment was, so the call representative is also unprofessional and can't be bothered to pay attention to details and lies about double checking when I ask them to. I have a very tight and irregular work schedule so if they hadn't been able to accommodate the next day I would've missed important dental work.

I never saw the dentist at any point, nor do I know if a dentist reviewed my X-rays. The hygienist told me I could not have a routine cleaning and instead pushed an expensive deep cleaning that likely would not be covered by insurance. I was then asked to meet with a financial counselor, which prompted me to leave. I later obtained a second opinion, and that dentist found no evidence of periodontal disease or infection and confirmed the previous measurements were incorrect. This experience left me with serious concerns about unnecessary treatments being pushed for profit rather than patient care.

I actually first visited Dr. Seely back in 2010 but my insurance changed and she wasn't covered. After many years, I finally got an insurance that she accepted and I went straight back to her. The office is small but in a great location at Preston and Forest. Everyone from the front office staff, dental assistant, dental hygienist and the dentist are great. The dental assistant did a great job cleaning my teeth. She always made sure I was comfortable and that she wasn't hurting me. The office manager went out of her way to verify my benefits to make sure I was covered. When Dr. Seely came to talk to me she just brightens up the room with her personality. She makes you feel like you belong there as part of her family. I'm so glad I was able to see her again. If you can, I would definitely recommend you become her patient.
