She is so attentive with my kids, and my daughter loves the personal attention she gets from Dr. Ana. There's a level of comfort they experience here that will be hard to beat elsewhere. I would give 5 stars if it weren't for the occasional cold, rude responses from the girls behind the counter. They talk to me as if I'm a child and give snarky, sarcastic replies to legitimate questions I ask. It's uncalled for and completely unnecessary when it would take the same amount of effort to interact with patients in a more welcoming tone. Also, some constructive criticism for the staff: please don't teeter on the side of religiously based advice. I've had a few uncomfortable conversations because of the old-fashioned lifestyle the doctors want to push onto their patients. Personal beliefs should remain in a personal environment, not in a work place :) I can't get over the ingenuity of turning a residential home into a beautifully designed, modern little doctor's clinic. Maybe it's just my obsession with well designed spaces, but the 1-2 hour wait suddenly seems a little shorter in a place this cute. For everyone who gave 1 stars because of the wait, has it ever crossed your mind that the wait is so long because Dr. Ana diligently takes her time with all of her patients to answer all questions and concerns, whereas other doctors would try to rush you out to service their next victim? This year 2025, Dr. Chan retired a week after seeing me. It was just a regular wellness going through my blood test results like before. 2 weeks later, I got a bill for medical visit. It's $600+ which I am responsible for $280+ after insurance discount. I called Northshore Medical to dispute the charge. They replied nothing but it's a medical visit because that is what in their computer. They changed the visit from wellness to medical after the doctor retired. Northshore medical group makes profit this way. I will stay away from this group.
