After going through a phone screening process with the ELPs, I immediately knew that I would enjoy working with David. He was very personable over the phone and shared his own personal story of how he got involved with the Dave Ramsey Total Money Makeover Program. Meeting David in-person solidified our decision for David to become our representative. Throughout the selling process, he provided excellent guidance and recommendations on the most beneficial home improvements to get our house ready for market. We hired Mr. Lewis to handle the sale of our house. He did an awesome job. Why he is the best: 1) He understand the market. 2) He works with clients to make simple changes to boost the presentation of the property. 3) He knows how to market a property to maximize the value. 4) He knows how to maximize buyer traffic. It is a zoo but you only get offers from people who look. 5) His selling strategy gets good exposure in the smallest window. In our case 12 days. 5) He does an excellent job of filtering through the offers to identify high value buyers. Identifying the best buyers is a lot more than just picking the highest offer. 6) He is excellent at assuring all the 'i's" are dotted and the "t's" crossed. Missing little things can ruin a sale. 7) His friendly knowledgeable manner makes the process low stress. 8) He will help you find a buyers agent when you are ready for your next purchase. Would I hire anyone else? Nope. I first met Mr. Lewis several years ago when he was acting as the banks agent during a foreclosure sale in our neighborhood.
