Their clothes are not cheap, and here you walk in and get Wal*Mart service. This person--unlike Johnny--is too young to understand what real customer service is; that you don't give the customer anything but your undivided attention. I should have walked out, but I did not. We went to Macy's and Nordstrom's to see if I could buy anything off the shelf.......nothing. I found Ole mason Jar Clothier online and walked the few blocks to their wonderful store. We were greeting by Brad and Filipe and explained my dilemma. Now think about this for a moment........I asked them at 11:00 am if there was any chance that I could buy a suit and just have the pants altered or pinned up for a wedding that was happening that day at 5:00 pm. The answer was "Yes, we can make that happen." I was shocked. Filipe asked what size I was and I answered a 46 regular........Brad looked at me and said put him in a 44 reg. It fit better than any suit I have ever owned. All of their clothes are their own brand and designed by them. Their material, stitching, and cut, were beautiful. I was measured and handed the suit back to Filipe. He bolted to the seamstress. My wife and I had lunch and the suit was ready in less that 2.5 hours. As one of my first experiences purchasing products from a business reopening during Covid I must tell you that it was such a grand experience. These guys represent EVERYTHING GREAT about business ownership. They cared about my situation, produce a fantastic product, and delivered with a huge smile. I am an OMJ lifer. Thanks Guys

Explained several times what fit I was looking for during measuring. Picks up the tux 2 days prior to wedding and proceeded home to try it on. The pants were absolutely horrible. At first I thought maybe they mixed up my pants with MC Hammers pants but I checked the tag and it had my name on it. I called the store and they reordered the pants. Picked the replacements up the morning of the wedding and they were about an inch or 2 short. I asked if they could alter but the seamstress was out for whatever reason...go figure. The shirt looked like it hadn't been pressed or cleaned since last rental and it was also way too big. At this point I just decided to work with what I had Unfortunately, I'll never step foot inside this location again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
