This outlet truly has endless, high-quality pieces for a lot less than what you'd pay at a regular department store. The store is always neat and well organized, with a great selection of shoes and clothing. I honestly can't count how many pieces I've picked up over the years. I like to get there as soon as they open so I can take my time browsing before it gets crowded--you can really look around and not feel rushed. I learned my lesson once when I saw something and thought, "Maybe next time." There was no next time, lol. Things move fast here, and the inventory is constantly changing. I recently grabbed a pajama set from here for a trip, and everyone loves them. They were super cute, only $14.99, and when I tell you they are comfortable--I love them! I've gotten tops, shoes, dresses... you name it. I also really like their selection of bathing suits. If you're a bit top-heavy, it might not be the best fit since they sometimes forget about those of us with a little more up top (lol), but the colors are vibrant and fun. The shoe section is one of my favorites as well. We brought our mom one time, and she walked out with 10 pairs of shoes for under $150--yes, seriously! And these were quality, name-brand shoes. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend setting aside at least two hours so you can take your time and really go through the store. I'll definitely be back before the end of the year--this is a must-stop for me every time I'm in town.

It's probably the nicest shop in the entire mall. Prices are in line with the Belk brand. Not cheap but not overly expensive either. I waited on the google meet chat for about 10 mins ( I was on 5 minutes early ). The instructions in the email says to give the store a call if no one joins after 5 minutes. Call the store and girl over the phone says she'll get the manager( unfortunately I don't have his name), waited about 6 mins on hold then she comes back and says he'll be on in just a second. I' waited about 20 mins overall on the call and he didn't join. It's unprofessional and I definitely won't be applying to this store again.

Prior to Church, I had mentioned that I needed to pick up a new belt because the one I am currently wearing is beginning to fray. Never say this to a woman who has Kohl's Cash Coupons plus other Coupons because then they are in a feeding frenzy just like Sharks smelling blood. Original thought was to hit the Kohl's in Huntersville on the way back but she found out there was one close to the restaurant in Gastonia so I had little option. She had already been badgering me for my underwear size so she could get a new set so Kohl's was inevitable anyway. It's a well stocked store which is good but at the same time, they have cut back on the sales associates till it almost self serve. Heaven help you if you don't know where thing are located. Found the belts first and found a nice one with excellent quality and a good price. Bought it and may end up buying another in a slightly smaller size if I can hopefully loose a couple of pounds. Underwear was a bit more challenging because my size was not part of the primary display but on an end cap but found what was the right size. With the coupons and Kohl's Cash, it was a good saving overall. I personally thought the replacing the underwear to be low priority but apparently not to my wife. Not the next day but the day after, I went to dress and all of my old underwear had been discarded regardless of wear and had been replaced with the new. I first had to wait in line to tell her to open the cabinet. Then till she took care of customers return and check-out, before she could come to get those items for me. Then she walked back to the check-out counter & told me to line up after at least 6-7 customers. I asked I was waited prior to get the merchandise and I had to wait again. She said yes. I think that's not good customer service to make someone waited for twice in line. Sound like a punishment to someone who needed her extra service. Sorry for my feeling about that. Just put herself into a customer's position.
