This place is honestly 10/10. I had a horrible experience with a jeweler before me and was basically scammed out of what I wanted and given a botched horrible ring. I met with Joseph and explained exactly what I wanted and was extremely specific as I wanted it to match a ring I already had exactly. With lots of care and diligence, Joseph literally replicated the ring I had perfectly. I felt extremely hopeless before and now I am truly happy with the ring. I shopped around locally in Connecticut just to get an idea of prices. For better rings, I paid $2000 less. The prices are phenomenal. If you need great jewelry and outstanding service, you must got to Milano and Sons. My fiancé went and purchased my engagement ring with Joseph. We then went back and bought our wedding rings here as well. Joseph was extremely helpful and patient with me as I told him what I wanted in a wedding band and how I wanted to sit next to my tulip setting engagement ring. We decided on a custom ring to achieve my needs. When I told him I didn't want to remove the main stone, he told me he would meet me in the city (where I work) and we would get in measured without having to remove the stone. This was so amazing! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE FIVE STAR RATINGS. THEY HAVE CUSTOMERS RATE THEM AS THEY STAND AT THE COUNTER WHILE THEY CUT THEM A DEAL. Originally, I gave them 5 stars because I fell into the same trap, but after realized they lied to us and sold us a wedding band that was supposed to contain onyx but was really just painted black. When we went back to purchase something else from them, we asked if our rings could be cleaned. I should have known something was wrong when the owner hesitated cleaning the onyx wedding band. The onyx peeled and fell right off. It was obviously painted black. They swore they would do the right thing and make what they promised. We have been back twice and all they have shown us is garbage. One ring with uneven cuts and the next time visible glue on the band. Now they are claiming the painted ring was onyx. With so many other places around, go somewhere else. Don't become another victim. read more

My husband and I had purchased several different items from them and every single item broke or diamonds fell out. We do not live close so always having to go back there to have them fixed is a huge inconvenience. I purchased my husbands wedding band and the diamonds fell out twice. Then my husband purchased a Chain and Pendant. The little piece that was suppose to hold the pendant onto the chain was so fragile that it broke and my husband almost lost his pendant. It was like we made excuses and bought our third item form them which was my ankle bracelet. Which broke 3 Times!!! That was it and we went back to let him know how upset we were about always having to come back and fix items we keep buying from him and his response was then don't wear the jewelry if you think it's not going to break.... we both have other jewelry that we had for years that we wear way more and never had a problem ever. Then he ripped my ankle bracket further trying to prove a point I didn't understand because he broke it more??? So my husband was now even more mad so we had to walk away before the situation changed in another direction. When I arrived to pick it up there was a sudden change in the price we spoke about after and a chain of phone calls that had to take place in order for me to get the price we previously agreed on. Then I looked at the ring. The two stones he replaced were YELLOW!!! So YELLOW they stood out from the rest of the ring it looked horrible and there were small black diamonds missing. I had a ring which held a charm to a bracelet soldered on to the bracelet by them. The solder did not hold and broke and the charm lost. I went back to booth. Owner very nasty and would not stand behind his work said I should take him to court. Said it wasn't his fault and accused me of purposely breaking ring for the charm to fall off.
